Welcome to my shop! Have questions about heraldry? "How does it work?" "What does it mean?" "Do you have my name?" "Can I make up my own coat of arms?" Ask away! I have an extensive library of resources, and over three generations of artist's designs at our disposal.

I am very excited to offer my services and resources to you through Etsy's artistic community. These items are not computer generated. My paintings are all completed the old fashioned way, by hand, using watercolor and ink. I do not offer any digital representations and/or vector type art services, but I can assist you with custom designs. Thanks for your interest and I look forward to hearing from you!

Payment

Payment should be made when the order is placed for standard items. Custom items, billed at an hourly rate, must have a minimum down payment through a private posting. Research and design work will begin only when payment has been confirmed. Credit cards, Etsy gift cards, and PayPal are gladly accepted. Thank you!

Shipping

Items generally ship out within 30 business days of commission. All items are shipped priority mail with insurance. Buyer is responsible for shipping, handling, and insurance costs.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of this item I am unable to accept returns or make refunds. Thank you for your understanding and consideration prior to ordering. All items will be shipped with insurance, no exception. Damages due to postal handling should be reported to your local post office. Copies of postal receipts will be made available upon request should damage occur.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All paintings are custom orders. As such, research time may vary depending on the availability of resource materials. I am hopeful that all transactions can be completed within a 30 business day time frame, but some research and/or custom design can take longer. Buyers will be notified if the completion of an order will require an extended time frame. Please share all desired deadlines prior to ordering.
