payment must be received before item will be shipped out. and must be sent within three days of purchase or item will be re listed.unless other arrangements are made.
I will not pay for the currency exchange rate on international denominations.
Production times vary depending on how busy my Que is ( Que is busiest around holidays and Conventions in April, May and October, and during special sales). it can take up to one too two weeks to sculpt an order during busy times, some times longer. if this is a problem for you, and you need something by a specific date, note me to make arrangements. other wise you wait in Que with every one who is also waiting for their order, there is a 10.00 fee for rush orders.
shipping is sent by u.s.p.s first class tracked shipping. a tracking number goes out by email after the label is printed. there may be a day or two between label printing and drop off. if the post office is closed before I get there. I try really hard to get them out same day. but some times I don't make it in time to drop off in the lobby. My post office doesn't have a 24 hr open lobby drop off, and is closed on Saturdays.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS NOTE:
I am also not responsible for any customs fees, or VAT taxes, nor can I prepay them on my end, those are the customers responsibility.
Shipping times for international customers vary greatly depending on your countries service, and on customs. the ideal shipping time is 14-30 business days. how ever customs may hold a package for up to 30 days on its own. longest time has been 2 months. if your item has not arrived in 2 months please contact me. tracking numbers do not work once item leaves the usa.
::::I do not ship to china, Singapore, Brazil, or south Africa, or south america. I've lost orders frequently in these countries and no longer serve them because of bad postal practices.::::
SHIPPING LOSS AND DAMAGE
I'm not responsible for losses and damages during shipping (things like this happen!) but please contact me if something went wrong so we can work out an agreement that is both fair for the buyer and the seller...
if an item miss ships because of an information error on the customers part. and if the item is returned to sender. there are a couple of options. One a refund of the items price minus shipping cost, or customer must pay to have the order sent out again, and provide proper shipping information.

I am not usually available to do customer service or special sales on Sundays. and there is no shipping over the week end. so if your order is set to go out on a weekend it wont be processed till Monday
please keep in mind all this lovely stuff is made by hand. it takes time and consideration.
also unless specified most items are made by order and are subject to minor differences.
commission works are to be prepaid before work ensues, there is a 50% kill fee if item is terminated after production has started to a point. please know what you want and how you want it. commissions are serious.
there is usually a underlining flat fee of 26.00 for a custom commissioned pieces, depending on the adaption or complexity of a project, that price increases.
repairs are free, however I ask that you contact me threw etsy note with a photo of the break, I will look it over, if it can be fixed I will ask that you return it to me with enough money for return shipping at the current rates that 3.50 for usa mail and 6.75 for international. but the actual repair work is free. this only includes items up to 1 year after ordering. and does not include jellyfish earrings or necklaces, one of a kind works may not be fixable, so please keep that in mind.
