Hi, and welcome to the White Pelican Shop. The Pelican doesn't deliver babies, but he does guarantee deliveries of many cool vintage and collectible items right to your door.
Vintage items, Found Art, Collectables, vintage housewares, handmade 'stuff'", cameras, electronics, luggage, picture frames., etc etc....in other words, .lots and lots of different things I will be adding regularly. Keep checkin' back.

A NOTE ABOUT VINTAGE PRE OWNED ITEMS:

* Vintage pre owned items usually show some wear commensurate to their age.
I deal in pre- owned, gently used, or slightly abused items only, nothing brand new.

* Colors vary from one monitor to the next, although I do strive to get colors close, colors may vary.

* Please read description thoroughly, and enlarge pics. Pictures are a big part of the description.

* NOTE: I don't put in a "Shipped with another item price", because my items range in weight from 5oz to over 20 lbs. Small items to very large items. It would be impossible to guess what you might combine. So, it's always best to Convo me if you want several items together. I'll get you the best possible combined shipping price. I tend to answer all convos promptly. **

I Accept both Pay Pal and Direct Checkout with your credit card via Etsy.
This shop also accepts Etsy Gift Cards.

I also will hold an item for you for a period of 2 days, please understand, if payment is not received within 48 hrs, I must relist the item,

E checks are welcome. When the check clears, your item will be shipped promptly.

Please, no personal checks or money orders.
Shipping
I will ship using USPS within three business days of the order . If the pricing is close, or just a little bit more for Priority, I usually bump up the shipping so it gets to you faster. The shipping price to you remains the same.

If it's an item you want, or need sooner, please let me know and we could adjust the shipping price to overnight mail, and I will then edit the item's shipping to reflect that.

I use tracking confirmation on all orders.

** IF YOU ORDER MULTIPLE ITEMS: I WILL COMBINE SHIPPING.
NOTE...please inform me of where you are located,
If you want to purchase several items at once, contact me via Convo, and I will combine all orders into one bigger box. Often, you can save $$ money $$ on Shipping this way. I will then create a new listing reflecting the adjusted shipping cost and post it...RESERVED, especially for you.

**NOTE: International Shipping: I have shipped many International parcels with good results. Shipping to AUSTRALIA from the U.S.may exclude certain wooden items because of the countries import policy.. Please be aware of this.

Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your order, in any way, please let me know within one week. No need for negative feedback, when I would rather work things out with you ..which, I will do to the best of my ability.

If I can substitute an item for you, I will.
If I have mistaken a size, for instance on shoes, then I will refund.
If something arrives broken, then we will have to start an insurance claim with the Post office.

As a small business, please know that I can't take responsibility for lost or stolen , crushed or broken packages.
Orders are shipped with a tracking number;
including the international orders.
Once it's out of my hands, if Item is lost , stolen or broken. then it's a matter of dealing with the Post Office to get your money back. All items are covered by basic insurance.

If you want to return an item for any other reason...then you are responsible for shipping it back to me. When I receive it, I will refund Your ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE only.
Remember, you will have to pay the shipping back on returned items.

I use tracking confirmation on all orders. All items are packaged correctly.
I have sent out almost 1400 orders with only 3 packages broken...so that's not too bad.
