Beautifully constructed, absolutely beautiful colors, very comfortable and flattering even for a face that doesn't typically look good with hats at all. Seller is kind and obviously loves what she does. Cannot recommend her shop more highly!

4 out of 5 starsAmazing, high-quality work! I was very impressed with the craftsmanship and attention to detail - making something look worn and weathered is an art in itself. I wore this for my Witch-king cosplay and it was prefect. I would probably look into a thinner hood to accommodate the helmet down the road though (not a negative at all, just an alternate option). Now, the reason for the 4 stars (more like a 4.5) was because of the poor / lack of communication during the process. I also ordered it 3 months prior to the event I needed it for (thinking this was plenty of time) and got it the day before it started - she was kind enough to expedite shipping though. My suggestion would to give yourself plenty of lead time on bigger, complex orders. With that said, I would absolutely order here again and highly recommend these nazgul robes!

Custom and personalized orders
All items are custom-made and tailored to fit each client, so we are unfortunately unable to grant refunds. The only exception is in the case you RECEIVE your merchandise in damaged or defective condition. However, merchandise that has been worn will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.
In select cases, items MAY be exchanged, but we reserve the right to determine, AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION, if an exchange will be accepted. If you have any issues with the merchandise you received and you would like to have us consider processing an exchange for you, please contact us within 3 days of delivery of items (and within 14 days if you reside anywhere in the EU).
Cancellations
You should assume the planning and creation of your piece, including the purchase of the fabric and other materials required to make it, begins as soon as you place your order. However, we will accept cancellations under the following limited terms:
Cancellation for a full refund within the first 24 hours after an order is placed.
Cancellation for a partial refund from the first 24 to 72 hours after order placement. The amount refunded will be less the cost of fabric and other materials required to create your piece. However, you will be credited that amount toward a future purchase at my store.
After the first 72 hours of placing an order, cancellations will not be accepted.
PLEASE be certain you want your piece before ordering.
