TheWispyWillow's Shop Policies
As the owner of Wispy Willow and DüK (pronounced "duke") products, I share Etsy's philosophy of buying and selling hand-made items. Thank you for taking the time to explore the items I have posted for sale. I strongly believe in putting the same hard work into each of my products. Each item I make is reviewed for any flaws prior to being placed on sale. I take the utmost pride in each item I create, and I want my customers to be 110% happy with any item purchased from me! At this time, I am only accepting PayPal. Payment is required at time of sale.
All items are shipped using Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service. For delivery outside the USA, shipping will be via Priority Mail® International. Delivery confirmation will be included with every shipment. Please, view listing for shipping cost. For barter / trades, international shipments will be sent via USPS First Class.
I make it a priority to get shipments out quickly. Certain items may require up to 2 full business days before being ready to ship. Please, view individual listings for specific shipping details.
Most orders received before 4:00PM EST will ship the same day. Most orders received after 4:00 PM EST will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except prior arrangement.
***PLEASE NOTE: The shipping address listed on your PayPal account MUST MATCH the address listed on your Etsy order. Items must be shipped to the address listed under PayPal in order to be covered under Buyer/Seller Protection. Please, make sure your PayPal shipping address and Etsy shipping address match! If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me. If you would like to send an item as a gift, you must include a message to me at time of purchase! Thank you.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. A return authorization number will be issued once customer has contacted Wispy Willow. This authorization number must be included with returned shipment. Again, you must contact me prior to shipping any returns. If there is an issue, we can work to resolve it. If an item is returned, the buyer is responsible for any shipping costs. Refunds may be issued once returned product is received by Wispy Willow. Each item is subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns on special custom-ordered products. No returns past 15 days from sale.
