    I'm SO grateful for DittmoreDesigns' artistry and professionalism! I ordered the custom painted TOMS, and was very pleased with the results. It was a pleasure doing business with DittmoreDesigns. She responded promptly to all communications, completed the order quickly (and fantastically), packed carefully, shipped quickly, and was generally awesome. I'd highly recommend this Etsy seller!

    The mark of a great seller is how they handle a problem. Unfortunately, I had a small problem, very fortunately I purchased from this seller. She handled the issues quickly and well beyond my expectations!!!!

    I Love the ooak "teeth under construction" display pieces that I purchased as presents for my "favorite" dentist and oral surgeon (if "favorite" could be said for a dentist?). These pieces are great to look at, and always bring a smile... they will be much enjoyed by those that actually like looking into another's mouth.

    I could not be happier or any more satisfied with this purchase.

    Bought these from DittmoreDesings for my daughter to wear for her 20th birthday at WaltDisneyWorld. They were a huge hit with my daughter and with other admirers in the parks. Sarah was a joy to deal with and what a great surprise to learn that she and my daughter are both students at NYU!!! The quality of the shoes was outstanding and customer service was the best. Only issue was that it rained a lot at Disney and my daughter did not wear them as much as she would have wanted to for fear of ruining these wonderful shoes.!!!!!

Sarah is from California, currently based in Inwood, NYC. Sarah has always had an affinity towards plants, animals, and all things healing. Combining that with her endless desire to create, she came up with the idea for The Witch's Warehouse; a place where she could share all her random, magickal, and witchy creations. The Witch's Warehouse is exactly that; everything you might find in the warehouse of a witch! From seasonal, naturally-made decor to healing salves, may your magickal needs be met. Hello! Thanks for taking a look at my shop policy. There's not much to know. I love making things and am honored to pass them along to anyone who is looking to buy. The TOMS are made-to-order and can be customized, so let me know what you're looking for. Keep coming back because I am always adding stuff to my shop.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
If the product becomes damaged (i.e. paint chips) in a way that I can repair, I will gladly fix it for you. So long as you pay for shipping, I will repair the product to whatever extent I can, cost-free. Refunds are accepted for stock items. Custom designs and creations are non-refundable.
Payment
I accept any form of credit card through Etsy direct deposit a well as Etsy gift cards. I accept cancellations on all items except the customized TOMS. For the TOMS, you may cancel if I have not begun painting, but not after that.
Shipping
I use the USPS flat rate mail. These packages typically arrive 3-5 days after shipping. If you want to upgrade in order to receive the package sooner, you must pay for this upgrade, but I will be more than willing to do it. Products typically take about a week to design, paint, and ship (longer if the customer is un-responsive to follow up emails about the design they want).
