Exactly what I wanted. Quality finish and workmanship with nice square corners, the lid aligns properly, the clasp has the proper tension to snug the lid closed but not too tight and no wiggle. Also possibly the Best wrapping / packing job of anything I ever bought on line.

Leonard Bell of TheWoodenHead did a wonderful job for me! I asked him to craft four wood boxes with my grandchildren’s names as legacy gifts from me someday. My plan is to fill the boxes with mementos, rare coins, photos, a letter, family trees and family history and some other treasures and cash for each to have upon my death. Mr. Bell did an incredibly detailed job using the best hardwoods, his obvious talent, and clever ideas. Each box is the same size, different wood, and engraved on the top lid and inside. Overwhelmed by his reasonable quote and great ideas for completing them creatively, I don’t know really how to properly thank him!

Leonard Bell, the owner and creator of exquisite wood boxes of TheWoodenHead, is a most talented craftsman! He is also a very nice person who communicates readily and helps you understand fully every aspect of your order. He made me four boxes, each from a different hardwood, but the same size. These are going to be given to my grandchildren. I wish I could share a photo because each is an outstanding creation! But I don’t want them to discover them early! They will last lifetimes. Each was personalized for each child. I am very proud to give these to my beloved grand kids. These finished treasures were packaged to perfection assuring safe travels. What marvelous finds in discovering Mr. Bell’s talents and his unique Etsy shop!
