I never received this item so I can't comment on the quality of the product. It is assumed my package was stolen. However, I can comment on the quality of the vendor which could not be lower. I have never dealt with such an unpleasant and incompetent vendor in my entire life. This vendor sent an item uninsured, without signature required and with no communication. Then when the package was never received, the vendor refused to refund or reship. He instead suggested I contact my renter's insurance company to make a claim on an item I never even owned! Absurd. He forced me to get my credit card company involved which ultimately took 40 days to reclaim my money as the vendor did his best to lie through the whole process. I recommend staying away!

Not one bit true. Customer stated in email that his "housemates" were home at the time of delivery and saw FedEx deliver his cases. FedEx confirmed delivery. Customer claims cases were stolen after delivery, but his story changed with every email. We requested he file a police report, but he refused to do so. He further claimed he called FedEx and FedEx said they would pay for two more cases and asked us to ship them. I called FedEx the very next morning and they confirmed that the customer did not contact them nor did he file a claim. Since the customers account of what happened to the cases changed every time he contacted us, we don't have any evidence that they were stolen. His order was both shipped and delivered. He's mad because we won't send him two more free bookcases on his every changing story.
