Welcome Into the Woods... Avenue!

All our items are designed, printed and hand packed by us in Australia!

We are located in the city of Sydney, a food haven where lunch and dinner decisions are a constant struggle of being spoilt for options (and the 'I can't eat that thing again! I only just ate that on Monday!!' whinges).

At The Woods Avenue, you will find that much of our work is inspired by decadent desserts and food. We love food, 'nuff said!

Returns and exchanges
I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Please ensure that you have correctly entered your address as we cannot take any responsibility for incorrect delivery addresses being used to ship your purchases. If you have moved since your last purchase on Etsy, best to ensure you have updated your Etsy account with your new shipping address else it will reflect your old address and the item will get shipped there (unless you have changed it in your order).

Items are not shipped with a return to sender address, so we will not be receiving anything back on our end as far as shipped items go. Please note prior to making any requests.

If you wish to place an order that needs to arrive by a certain date (Christmas, Birthday for eg), please contact us prior to making the actual purchase, so we can work out if there's sufficient time to ship the order to you / explore other options to accommodate your request as far as possible. If the time frame is too short you will be informed.

Tracking is not available on Standard Shipping

As a side note we generally do not approve requests for cancellations, exchanges, returns or refunds. Nevertheless you are a welcome to contact us in regards to any such enquiry, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and responded to accordingly. Unfortunately because of our experience with a number of fraudulent customers, The Woods Avenue has needed to take such measures and reserves the right to grant or refuse cancellations, exchanges, returns or refunds at our discretion.

All items are only shipped after payment has been received on our end. If your paypal or credit card payment does not go through, we unfortunately cannot ship it to you.

Shipping
Please read our shipping policies carefully before your purchase :)

All items are made to order and will be shipped within 1-3 working days. After that, these are shipped as standard mail via Australia Post and airmail for overseas delivery. Once we post your order, these are the approximate delivery times:

- Australia: up to 5 working days (when off peak season)
- Everywhere else: up to 14 working days (when off peak season)
- Tracking is not available on Standard Shipping

Please note that when ordering to be shipped internationally (out of Australia), some products may be held at customs for a while (happens very rarely but this may delay your order) before arriving to your doorstep. For e.g. we've been previously advised by a few customers based in the U.S. that in some cases their orders have taken around 30 business days or so to arrive due to delays caused at U.S customs. While this is a very rare occurrence, it is worth taking into consideration prior to purchase.

We strive to ensure that each item is carefully packed to reach you safely and as quickly as possible. However, please note that sometimes the delivery may take longer than the time frames given due to reasons beyond our control.

There are only a very tiny number of instances in which our customers may have to pay taxes or additional fees beyond our shipping costs:

Some countries, especially those in Europe, tax their citizens for incoming packages. Please be aware of your country’s tax policy before you order. Also, we cannot mark shipments as gifts.
