The blanket is really lovely but sadly had a small hole where the wool had just separated. I stitched it ( only a few stitches needed) but it was shame and lucky I checked the whole blanket

Sue responded on Jun 7, 2017

I'm so sorry you found a small hole! Thank you stitching it - I've messaged you to offer some compensation. Sue

Having admired Sue's wares on her FB page and website, I was delighted to spot these handwarmers which will make a lovely addition to my outerwear this winter. Very well made to a high standard of finish. I just need strings on them to wear in my sleeves now, so I don't lose them!

Saving the planet one jumper at a time!

Passionate about recycling and making the most of what we have, I have turned a passion into a business. I love working with wool and am always on the hunt for woollies to recycle.
I am a member of The Wool Clip in Caldbeck, which is a cooperative of 15 woolly women. Between us we run Woolfest, the UK's premier wool festival.
I also write and blog regularly about my woolly pedlaring at

Upcycling is a creative, way in which to re-use unwanted items and turn them into something better. I get a lot of pleasure from sourcing jumpers then seeing what I can create from what I have found. All my work uses recycled jumpers, and whilst I take very good care to find only good quality knitwear, some items will have a little more 'character' about them than mass produced factory items, so please take this into consideration and forgive the odd imperfection.
Bespoke orders for cushions and bedspreads are a pleasure and can be created to match the colour scheme of your home.
Handwash all woollens or wash using the wool cycle. Do not tumble dry.
