I work Monday-Friday.
●Depending on the volume of orders I have, it may take up to 4-10 working days to complete.
●Once completed and shipped :
-Canada orders : 3 weeks or more to receive.
-US Orders : 2-5 days to receive.

●I use aluminum, sterling silver and gold filled. Aluminum does have a scratchy, dull type surface, but I do my best to polish it to make it look good. Sterling silver has a reflective , shiny surface. Some scratches are on the surface . 14k Gold filled also has a reflective , shiny surface .

I bought 2 rings for my sisters and one for myself. I had them personalized with an initial... and they are fabulous! They are so cute and perfect. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!

Please take the time to read my policies before buying to make sure you understand the payments, shipping and refunds.

Make sure you read the item description before buying and ask any and ALL questions you have about the item before buying.

●HOURS OF OPERATION●

For a specific date for a bulk or single necklace, send me a message before ordering to see if I can fulfill your request . I'm more than happy to work something out ! :)

Payment
PayPal only. Please make sure all addresses are correct. I am not held liable for addresses not being correct.

CUSTOM ORDER LISTINGS : When I get the okay to post a custom listing up from you, please be sure that you're able to pay that same day I put it up. If you don't buy it within a certain amount of days, I will message you to remind that it is up. If a few more days go by and I hear nothing back, I will take the listing down.

If you agree to have a custom listing up during a sale and you haven't purchased the listing during the day of the sale, I will put the items back at normal price the next day. So make sure you purchase it during the day of the sale.

✖BOXES : People who order more than 1 necklace : I try to fit as many necklaces I can in a jewelry box, separating each necklace in a layer of cotton. If you order more than 1 necklace and want a box per necklace, you HAVE to purchase the extra boxes.
Shipping
U.S ORDERS : I use USPS. A tracking number is e-mailed to your e-mail adresss. You will receive your item within 2-5 days using first class mail.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS : It can take up to 4-6 weeks to receive your item. NO TRACKING NUMBER. It would cost up to $25 using registered mail to have a tracking number.
Refunds and Exchanges
●IF YOU ARE RETURNING AN ITEM TO ME BECAUSE YOU PAID TO HAVE IT REPAIRED - DO NOT SEND IT IN A REGULAR LETTER ENVELOPE. IT WILL TEAR AND THE ITEM WILL FALL OUT. I AM NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ITEMS FALLING OUT AND BEING LOST.

--I NEED CUSTOMERS TO PURCHASE A TRACKING NUMBER TO TRACK THE PACKAGE ONCE SENT ( ONLY COSTS A COUPLE BUCKS ) .

--IF THE ITEM IS LOST WITH TRACKING NUMBER, I WILL REFUND YOU THE MONEY OF THE ITEM REPAIR CHARGE. PLEASE SEND THE ITEM IN A BUBBLE MAILER - THE TYPE I SENT YOUR ITEM IN AT FIRST.

--IF YOU DID NOT PURCHASE A TRACKING NUMBER TO YOUR ITEM AND IT DOES NOT ARRIVE TO ME, I CANNOT GIVE REFUNDS FOR YOUR REPLACEMENT ITEM.

--USPS WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY FOR THE LOST PACKAGE IF IT IS NOT INSURED . AND I WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE TO GIVE REFUNDS FOR LOST ITEMS & UNINSURED ITEMS.

LOST ITEMS IN THE MAIL :

I cannot offer any refunds or replacements until I get the claim information!

●If you want a refund before I start making your order, message me via etsy and I will refund the money with no hassle.

●No exchanges are allowed at my shop.

●I don't give refunds or exchanges for CUSTOM orders : initial necklaces, pea pod necklaces, bird nest necklaces, bird nest bracelets, rings, wire wrapped rings, custom writing pendants , custom print pendants, locket necklaces.

●Nor do I give refunds or exchanges on earrings.

●I cannot give any refunds, replacements or exchanges to any hand stamped items because of font size expectation problems ( e.g : the font size wasn't what you expected, too small, too hard to read..etc. ) . I have listed all font sizes beside font numbers just for this reason. Please note that the display picture will always be bigger just to show the detail of the item. If you have any questions about the font sizes, please let me know! I'd be more than happy to assist you.

●If you want a refund on any non-customizable items , please let me know within 24 hours of delivery date by message via Etsy. I require you to send the item back first ( you would have to pay for the shipping ). You must send the item back in the original state in which you have received it. That means :
--With no damages to it. e.g : scratches, dents, broken links, chain, no missing accessories..etc..
--Not worn and/or used. Also with no signs of the item being worn and/or used.
--And in original boxing.
Once I have received the item and inspected it, I will refund 50% of the item or items price ( not including shipping when you checked out from my shop ) , because of the used materials and labor.
--You have 14 days from the delivery date to send the item back for your refund.

●I don't offer refunds or replacements on broken necklaces due to customer handling . I am not responsible how the chain breaks when it gets into the customers hands.

●If replacement is issued in some certain circumstances : no replacement item details can be changed at all : size, length, color..etc..
