    Returns and exchanges
    - Broken or Lost Items -
    If an item arrives broken, I will replace it once the original is back in my hands. This will be at the customer's expense, initially, and will then be refunded once I receive the package to ensure an accurate refund.
    If an item is not received, I will replace the item.


    - Handmade Items + Variations -
    Most items are made to order - meaning that once the order is placed, I will then make the item, though this usually only takes an hour or two. But it also means that there may be slight variations. Refunds will not be given just because it is not the EXACT piece from the picture. I make all items to the exact same specifications of the original, as well as with the same materials. The image may not show the EXACT piece but you will get one quite identical if the one in the image has already been sold.
    I will not send out items that are below my personal standards - I am a buyer here on Etsy too, and nothing annoys me more than items that aren't what they've been advertised as - apart from lack of seller contact. Poor communication on the seller's part also really annoys me, so I do my best to answer all questions where I can, and within a timely manner.


    - Refunds -
    Physical goods: There is a period of 7 days after receipt of goods where a refund may be requested. To receive a refund, the item must be returned at the buyer's own cost, and once in my posession, a refund will be given.
    Digital : After 2 weeks (14 days) from point of purchase, refunds are no longer available.


    - Custom Orders + Payment -
    Some custom-made pieces may require full or half payment upfront to cover cost of supplies and to guarantee the sale (rather than end up wasting my time making something too specific to sell in general, or wasting my own money to buy very specific supplies). This payment will not be refunded, as I WILL have bought the supplies, and I WILL have made the item. If you're interested in a custom item, drop me a line and I should be able to let you know on the spot if I'll require some payment upfront.


    - Customs + Import Fees -
    Please be aware that if you are buying overseas, there is a small chance that your delivery may incur a customs fee. This customs fee is the responsibility of the customer to pay. This has always been the case. Your government/national postal websites/most forums will tell you the same. I will not refund customers the customs fee, neither will I refund an entire sale or accept an entire return because of an unexpected customs fee.
    I am a buyer on Etsy, too. I have purchased from overseas many, many times, and so far, only once was I given a customs fee. They're very infrequent, and I urge you not to let it put you off of buying from overseas.
    Payment
    I accept Paypal only at this point.


    If you have a coupon code, you must apply it to your order. I cannot refund the difference if you forget to apply a code. Only one coupon code is usable at any one time, and Peaches and Pebbles gift cards count as coupon codes. When an item is added to your basket, click the link "apply shop coupon code" and a text box will appear. Input the discount code and click "apply" and it should work. If the code fails, it has either been used incorrectly, or has expired.
    Shipping
    - International Shipping -
    Shipping to the rest of the world usually takes about 2-3 weeks on average, but it can occasionally take longer. Tracking does not work the same way in the UK as it does in the US. Standard shipping outside of Europe costs £4 (~$7), while tracking costs £10 (~$17). It is not an added extra, it is instead a whole other shipping option, and, due to the price, is not offered as standard. If you wish to have tracked shipping, you must contact me either before placing your order so that I can amend the price, or immediately afterwards so that I can invoice you for the extra shipping. If you do not request a change to the shipping method within 12 hours then it will be shipped standard.


    - Missing or Delayed Packages -
    Items overseas and at home can occasionally take some time to arrive. Please keep the following in mind before contacting me about a missing package:
    • An International parcel cannot be classed, or reported as 'missing' to Royal Mail, until 25 working days (Mon-Fri) have passed from date of shipping (not payment or order).
    • A European parcel cannot be classed, or reported as 'missing' to Royal Mail, until 20 working days (Mon-Fri) have passed from date of shipping (not payment or order).
    • A UK parcel cannot be classed, or reported as 'missing' to Royal Mail, until 15 working day (Mon-Fri) have passed from date of shipping (not payment or order).


    - Invoices -
    Invoices/receipts are not included, to save on paper, ink, and my own convenience (my printer is hooked up to a different computer which is rarely used; it hasn't been moved because there's nowhere to put it). Invoices are always available for purchases you've made by logging into Etsy and clicking "purchases" under the "your account" drop down at the top of the page.


    - Needed For Event -
    If your items are needed by a certain date, be it for a birthday or other event, please leave adequate time for it to arrive. Overseas (shipped from the UK) can take 2 to 3 weeks, but it's entirely possible that it could take more, especially during the holiday season. I cannot be held personally responsible for delays. If there is a rush, I will get it sent out ASAP.


    - When I Ship -
    I ship Monday to Friday. My Saturdays are often a jumble of activities so by the time my head is on straight, the post office is closed. The post office is always closed on Sundays.


    - Shipping Address -
    I ship to the address given on Etsy, not paypal. Please ensure that both addresses match. If you've given me the wrong address, I cannot be held responsible for missing items.
    Common logic states that you would have made an Etsy account AFTER making a paypal account, therefore the address on Etsy would be the newest. The same goes for Play, Amazon, and any other such website, where you would update your address as soon as you have moved. Etsy may be made up of thousands of different shops, but they all use the same platform, and when it comes to shipping, that platform works the same way as the other websites mentioned above. Please ensure all addresses, on all accounts and websites, are always up to date.


    I try to ship as soon as I can after receiving payment, but please be aware that I am a full-time carer for my mother who suffers from Multiple Sclerosis, so I can't always get things shipped the same day. Usually I am able to ship the following day, but on rare occasions it just isn't possible. If you need your items in a hurry I suggest you contact me or state so in the message to seller box shown in the basket. In this case, I will get to the post office at the first available moment I have.
    Additional policies and FAQs
    Feedback is always appreciated, be it positive, neutral or negative. If there's something I can do to rectify any problems, however, please contact me first. If, however, you have had a bad experience with myself, rather than the product, then that is a perfectly valid reason to leave neutral or negative feedback.
    Don't worry, I won't throw a tantrum. We all need to learn from our mistakes!

    This code can only be redeemed in the Peaches and Pebbles Etsy store (http://peachesandpebbles.etsy.com). It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. It cannot be exchanged for cash.
