Hallo! Mein Name ist Jennifer und ich bin Designerin und Strickerin bei The Yarn Over Project. Meine Liebe zum Stricken kommt aus meiner Kindheit. Ich wuchs zu den Füßen meiner Nanny auf, während sie strickte, und beobachtete, wie sie Pullover und endlose Mengen an Babykleidung zusammenstellte. Als ich 14 war, beschloss ich, selbst stricken zu lernen und stricke seitdem.
Ich liebe Herausforderungen. Babyhüte, Teekannen-Cozies und Barbie-Kleidung von Grund auf neu zu entwerfen, sind Herausforderungen, die ich gerne bewältige. Als Perfektionist kann dies jedoch mühsam und frustrierend werden, wenn diese Stichzahl einfach nicht zusammenkommt. Ich mache oft ein Stück drei- oder viermal, bevor ich es für würdig halte, also seien Sie versichert, wenn ein Artikel zum Verkauf steht, ist es das Beste, was ich machen kann!

Hi there! My name is Jennifer and I am the designer and knitter at The Yarn Over Project. My love of knitting comes from my childhood. I grew up sitting at my Nanny's feet while she knit, watching her put together sweaters and endless amounts of baby clothes. When I was 14, I decided to learn to knit myself and have been knitting ever since.
I love a challenge. Designing baby hats, teapot cozies, and Barbie clothes from scratch are challenges that I am happy to conquer. As a perfectionist, this can become tedious and frustrating though if that stitch count just won't come together. I often make a piece three or four times before I deem it worthy, so rest assured, when an item goes up for sale it's the best I can make it!
The mission of The Yarn Over Project is to provide high-quality, unique, and individually hand-knit items, as well as provide exceptional customer service. I hope that you enjoy my designs and your time spent browsing or buying in my shop!
