Welcome to the Cookie Couture on Etsy the cookie shop of my dreams ***if someone would have told me 20 years ago that I would have a shop and sell cookies through a computer, I would have thought that they were crazy, but look, here I am*** I hope that my work inspires you to follow your dreams and work hard to get them, they may not come true in the time and the way you imagine, but if you have patience and you truly work hard to get them, they will come true.

I hope thay my cookies will bring good memories to your loved ones, I think that is my main goal. I remember when I was growing up my Mom and Dad would travel to the big city, we were all so excited for them to come back because they always brought us some goodies that we couldn't get in our own town. I always ask for a paper doll with cute outfits and some fancy "Pan dulce" (sweet bread). They used to buy the bread from a very nice bakery shop, El globo, I am talking 30 or more years ago, they were really good, and I remember how my siblings and I dug inside the bread box and start fighting for the favorite ones, and enjoying them and sharing them after the fights, especially when my Dad pass away when I was a small girl. Those memories are very treasured in my heart, so I am really hoping that my cookies will do the same, and I am so excited because my customers bring those memories to my mind, because they are buying for their nieces, nephews, grandchildren, friends, loved ones or just for themselves. We specialize in gourmet bakery, here you can find unique creations full of flavor and style. We are sure that you are going to enjoy our products because they are specially made for you to satisfied your needs. The cookie couture works under the Texas Cottage Food Law.

We use the best quality ingredients and we make everything from scratch, using our signature recipes and decorated with the traditional methods and with the new edible images. All the cookies contain wheat, dairy, eggs and we also make another delicious food that might contain pecans and nuts.

The flavor of most of our shortbread cookies is vanilla-lemon with citrus royal icing. You can also find vanilla-lemon with marshmallow royal icing, Dutch cocoa dough with creme de menthe or almond royal icing and our Christmas cookies which are made with our special recipe.

All the cookies are individually wrapped in a cello bag and sealed. If you need them wrapped with a ribbon I can do that with and extra charge of $0.50 per cookie, some others are nestled in a tin or paper box, but if you need another kind of packaging let us know. Our cookies have long shelf live, they can last up to three months or more in the bag or in the tin box in a dry place, no preservatives added.

For wedding cookies, I offer a complementary sample, i just ask for $5.95 for the shipping fee, but please do not ask other bakers to copy my designs.
