Happy customers and positive feedback are a boutique owner's gold. I want you to feel confident making a purchase and happy once you do. I hope my policies cover everything, if I've missed something, never hesitate to contact me.

Returns and exchanges
Oh hisses and boos on lost and damaged items! I use tracking to ensure that between the two of us we can find a missing package. If we are unable, I will offer you store credit for the original purchase amount minus shipping.

I always pack your keepsakes carefully, damage should not be an issue. If your item is damaged due to improper handling by the post office, I cannot offer a refund, but will offer store credit. In this case, I will need a photo or two of the damage for my own write-off. I know you understand.

If you are unhappy or disappointed with your purchase, please contact me within three days of receipt. I will be horrified if this happens, but will soon recover and make amends. I will always offer a full refund including the original shipping once I receive the items back in salable condition. Of course, I want you to be happy and if you are not, I want you to feel heard and taken care of.
I accept PayPal. It is an easy process and you do not have to register. If you need any help or assurances, here is a tutorial:

Sometimes Etsy has checkout glitches, so never assume you've made a mistake. If something seems wrong, please contact me so I can notify Etsy support that we may have an issue.

Please make payment within three days of purchase. If this isn't possible, contact me so we can make an arrangement. If I do not hear from you or receive payment within three days I will have to file a cancellation order with Etsy so that I may recoup the fees they charge the minute the item sold. No hard feelings.
I usually ship by USPS First Class mail the next business day after purchase. I always use delivery confirmation at no extra charge. When your lovely item is being prepared for shipping, you will receive a message from PayPal with your tracking number should you choose to track your parcel of treasures. This way you know exactly when to sit on the doorstep with tea and cookies for the postman (or maybe you do this anyway!).
