Our tulle and lace dresses are largely used as Flower Girl Dresses for a variety of wedding styles, but are also great for photos shoots, birthday parties or princess dress up. My new colors and styles are added seasonally, so check back often for new additions. I have added some answers to frequently asked questions below, but please message me, should you need further assistance. Happy Shopping.

* Note: there have been shipping delays on the part of all carriers, if you need to upgrade shipping, please let me know, as we do not offer returns/refunds for any delays on the part of the carrier. I can ship by a specific date, but since I am not the carrier, I cannot guarantee the date of delivery. The site can only give the estimated timeframe, provide by the carrier. Priority mail comes with insurance to safeguard your package of 100.00.

* Our dresses run true to size, but are exchangeable for size or color, should you need to. There is a size chart located within the description of each listing with the exact measurements of each dress size, along with instruction on how you should be measuring your child. I do not offer custom measurement orders. All dresses are made to US standard sizing. any custom alterations that need to be made to the dress, aside from exchanging, will need to be made by your local seamstress. I also offer sample fabric and the link to purchase samples is located below.

PROCESSING
Processing times change, depending on the month/season. During wedding Season May-October, processing times may be longer than off season.Each listing is accuracy updated to the current processing timeframe, for that time of year. If you need something by a specific date, please reach out to me to arrange. My recommendation for ordering is 6-8 weeks prior to your event, to ensure the best fit and to give you time to exchange for size, should you need to. Please do not order short notice.

NEED BY DATE REQUESTS/ CONTACT
-If you have a need by date request, that is earlier than my processing timeframe or estimated delivery dates, you must message me, via messenger. A "message the seller" icon, can be located: on my shop page, each listing and accessible via your invoice in the purchases section of your account. We can work together, if the item is able to ship sooner, and arrange a ship date.

You may also need to upgrade shipping. I can only ship the item by a specific date that coincides with the estimated delivery date given by the carriers, but I cannot guarantee that date, as I am not personally delivery the package. I do not offer returns/refunds for items that are not received by the estimated delivery timeframe or if the package is received after your event date, please plan accordingly and order with enough time to spare.

* All photographs in my shop, belong to me and are photographed by my hired photographer. I am the sole owner of these photos and any other use of photos, other than my shop, is prohibited.

*I only offer the colors listed on the color chart/dropdown and i currently do not take custom orders for colors, just what is available. I would also like to note that Blush is a cross between pink and a peachy color. Blush is not Pink and I have had some customers who are not aware what blush is. It should not be confused with a true Pink.

RETURNS:
We do not offer Returns/Refunds, however we do offer exchanges for size or color for dresses only. Please see below.

EXCHANGES:
I accept exchanges for dress size or color, but I do not offer returns/refunds. Hair accessories and sashes are not exchangeable or returnable/refundable. If you need to exchange a dress for size or color, please message me and I will forward exchange instruction. I must be contacted within 7 days of delivery and exchange must be received within 14 days and this is firm, dye lots can change and these dresses will need to be resold.

They must be free of damage or wear and should be sent back in some kind or shipping bag or box to protect the garment. Please keep in mind, these dresses will be resold and will not be accepted with any smell of smoke, perfume or soap of any kind. All shipping related costs of an exchange with be the responsibility of the buyer. Available sizing is 12/18 months to 14 girls only. Please measure you’re a child and compare those measurements against the size chart located with in the description as the 14 is the largest available and I do not offer refunds, should a larger size than a size 14 is needed.

GUEST CHECKOUT:
When you checkout as a guest, you are giving limited information and you are not logging in to your account. Guest checkout is a security feature, to avoid receiving unwanted junk mail or spam mail. The email address you checkout with is hidden to the seller and any messages or order shipping info, will be forwarded, through the system, to the email address you provide. You WILL NOT see this order in your account, because you did not log in. I have had a few customers, reorder, thinking they never submitted an order, because they did not see there order in their account and receive 2 separate orders. Please be aware of how you are checking out, as duplicate orders, are not refundable. I accept order cancellations within 2 days of purchase only. Refunds will not be issued if you have received 2 separate orders, because of checking out as a guest.

Shipping
ESTIMATED SHIP /DELIVERY DATES:
-Estimated ship dates can be located on the top left hand corner of your invoice and serve as an around about timeframe of when you can expect your order to ship and/or be delivered. These are estimated delivery dates only and not guaranteed. All carriers have announced things may take a little longer, due to increased online shipping, so please plan your order with some time, just in case.

-We do not offer returns/refunds for items that have shipped and are delayed on the end of the carrier or for items that arrive after your event. Please take note as to the processing timeframe on the from of each listing. They are updated regularly, to reflect current processing timeframes and it is not recommend to order with little time to spare, as delays are common, nowadays. Free first class shipping, does not carry insurance and is generally 6-10 business days, as estimated by USPS. Priority shipping is always recommended, to insure the package, if in the event its lost or damaged, during shipping and carriers insurance of 100.00 and can be made through the " claim" section on the USPS website, if needed.

-Tracking will also be attached to your invoice, in the purchases section of your account.

-I offer free standard shipping, which is estimated to take 6-10 business days ,area depending, from the time your order ships. You also have the option to upgrade to regular Priority or Priority Express. Upgrading to Priority shipping does not expedite my processing time, but is the time it takes the carrier to deliver your package once shipped. If you need something sooner, please contact me to make a request.

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
- If you have any questions about where your package is located, after it has shipped, please check your tracking. I have many customers, that contact me, asking tracking whereabouts and while I don't mind looking up your tracking, you can access this information as well. If you questions regarding delivery or tracking after shipped, you should contact USPS for further information.

SHIPPING INSURANCE
-I offer shipping insurance as an extra protection option for your package. My free standard shipping, does not carry shipping insurance. Priority and Priority Express shipping, come with a maximum value of 100.00 automatically, through the carrier. If you would like to ensure your package for its full value, you can purchase shipping ins. for 2.00. The shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but in the rare occasion that this happens, you can open a claim, with the carrier, with the above information being considered. Please message me if you have added this to your order, prior to shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
-I cannot give estimated delivery dates or guarantee delivery dates on international orders. Items are shipped within my policy processing time and your order is shipped according to the shipping method you purchase at checkout. Due to the customs process ,possible shipping related delays due , increased online shipping and weather, the shop will not offer refunds for delayed packages. my recommendation for international ordering is 10 to 12 weeks prior to your event. Although delays are inconvenient, the shop will not refund orders for delayed/lost packages and this is something you should be aware of prior to purchasing. Tracking can be found attached to your invoice.

**Buy purchasing from The Little Kitten Boutique, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of my policies and procedures. It is the customer’s responsibility to know and read the terms/policies of with they are purchasing items and failure to do so will not change my policy.

QUESTIONS:
I ask that if you have a question, that you do not leave questions in the notes or personalization section. Please message me directly, using the "message seller" option available on my homepage, as I would not want to miss any important questions. All questions are answered usually by the end of the day or within 24 hours. The personalization section is for notating your sash or flower colors only and this section does not prompt a message to me, but is seen when your order is getting ready to ship.

PERSONALIZATION AND SIZING
-Please do not leave custom sizes alterations to the style of the dress or questions in the notes section at checkout, message me directly with questions.
-Notes are only seen at the time your package is getting ready to ship and does not prompt a message.
-All items are offered as to the specs on the size chart, located within the listing only, custom sizing is not offered.
-There is a size chart with the exact measurements of each dress size, located within the description of each listing with instruction on how to measure your child.
-The chest measurement should be taken in the highest crease of the armpit, around the body and divided by 2. The length of the dress itself was taken from top center shoulder to bottom of dress and should be compared against your child, to see where it will fall.

WASH INSTRUCTIONS:
Gentle hand washing or spot cleaning special occasion dresses is recommended. Lay garments flat to dry. Steaming works great on getting wrinkles out. The satin Sash can be pressed with iron on low heat.
Privacy
I am supplied your order information, address and contact information through Etsy. This information is what is needed to prepare, ship and contact you for any additional information regarding your order only and is not shared in any way. I do not have any direct access to any method you used to pay for this order. Your payment is processed through Etsy only, not by my shop.

When will my item ship?

Processing timeframes, may vary by the season, but are accurately updated on the front of each listing and updated regularly. If you need something, by a specific date ,you must reach out to me prior to purchase, to see if a this can be arranged.

**Please give yourself extra time in between ordering and your need date, please do not order short notice with days to spare, as we do not offer returns for packages that arrive after the event date. Please note the carrier gives "estimated" dates of arrival, they are aroundabout timeframes.

Because we understand ordering online can be difficult, we offer exchanges for size, color or style . Please select the appropriate shipping method, as I do not offer refunds for delayed, lost or packages that do not arrive by the date of the event.

Exchanges and Returns

We offer exchanges for size, color or style, however, we do not offer returns/refunds. If you need to exchange, you must contact the shop within 7 days of delivery and exchanges must be received within 14 days of delivery, as dye lot colors change. This policy is firm.

Our dresses are sent out unscented, any dresses that have been worn, damaged, washed, smell of smoke, perfume or detergent/softener, will be denied. And you will be responsible for the shipping cost back to you. Keep in mind these dresses will be resold.

If you have any concerns, as to your order, they must be brought to our attention, within 7 days of delivery.

Delays/Lost or Stolen Packages

Your tracking number will be forwarded and can also be found attached to your invoice. Delays are very common these days and we understand they are inconvenient. Please understand that we can only ship by a specific date, we cannot foresee delays/lost or stolen packages on the end of the carrier and do not offer returns/refunds should this occur.

If you are concerned of the whereabouts, if your package states" delivered" and you have not received it, please reach out to the carrier, as we cannot see any further information then you can.
