The zipper fabric didn't match the color of the hand bag AND 4 out of 5 of the zipper pulls fell off at my wedding during the bags FIRST USE!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

This is the third time you tell me how disappointed you are with my bags. You hated my bags since you got them and I did tell you to return them and get fully refund even it was a custom order, even I had to work for nothing. I wanted to have my bags back and give them to people who appreciate in handcraft, but you didn't return them and down grade my shope to the ground. How unlucky you are with your bridemaid gifts, I hope you have better luck with your marriage because someone like you may need it!

All my handmade items in this shop are made by me in a smoke free and pet free home in a beautiful town of Sweden.

Accepted payment methods
For Swedish buyers I will also accept a bank transfer (please contact me for details).
All items will be sent via first class air mail from Sweden(no tracking number). If you want to upgrade you packet to resgister mail which including tracking number you can purchase an upgrade in shipping upgrade section for 10$ or 12$ for express mail(including tracking number).
All items will be made and ship in 3-7 business days after I receive your payment.
Europe takes 3 - 6 working days
International takes sometimes 5- 14 working day (its usally takes only 5-7 days)
In rare case it can take up to 2-4 weeks or more if held up by the receiving country's customs department. Or it is depending on the post service of the area/ city of the destination country.
With normal first class air mail(cheap and fast) it usually takes only 4-7 days to arrive in the US. And with registered mail which include tracking number it may take between 5-15 days or longer depend on custom department process, a bit slower but good thing is you can track the packet.

In the very rare event that your package is lost, stolen, or undeliverable as addressed, we cannot be held responsible once the packet is shipped.
