Timeless Fine Jewelry
I went from working as an Art Director, at one of the world’s largest advertising agencies to working as a model in many TV commercials and magazines before moving to New York City. From there I became interested in jewelry making/Goldsmithing. I started creating collections that first were acquired among friends and family to later on being introduced and carried by high-end boutiques and individuals in the world of entertainment and fashion.
With already 14 years in the field of jewelry, I design, create and curate. All pieces in my shop are created using only the top quality materials with modern artisan techniques, incorporating foreign elements such as horn, ancient conch shell, leather or anything I find to be interesting. I’m fortunate to work with the collaboration of very talented and knowledgeable people in the jewelry industry, from goldsmiths, designers to lapidaries and enamelers, together we bring my most whimsical designs to life.

You don’t need to have a Paypal account in order to pay. You can easily Pay with your debit or credit card directly and securely on the "PayPal" site, as a PayPal guest .
Florida Residents will be charged 7.% sales tax with payment.
A 50% deposit is required for custom work. Please expect to pay a 50% initial deposit and the final 50% when the order is complete. Production time takes 4 to 5 weeks for completion. We will keep our customers updated on their custom order process.
*Note For "eChecks" Only: If payment was made in the form of PayPal "eCheck", there may be a standard clearing time before the payment is transferred to us. If you would like to confirm if the payment was transferred to us, please check the "status" section of the transaction in your PayPal account history, also you can always contact us with any inquiry. Processing or Shipping will begin on the order After payment has been received or cleared.
* Overnight shipping will require additional cost, just contact us prior to checkout to arrange faster service.
Your items will be shipped to the address you list on ETSY, so please be sure your address listed on Etsy and Paypal are correct and the same or it may cause delay or a lost parcel. Note - We don't ship to P.O boxes with the exception of items less than $125. Sorry, is not possible for us to ship to a Hotel.
We will provide an e-mail delivery notification along with tracking number once your order has been shipped to you. Please, make sure you follow up with the status of your parcel. We will do the same from our end.
**For INTERNATIONAL Only**
We ship worldwide via USPS international Express (3 to 5 business days to arrive destination) or FeDex to selected countries and direct signature will be required upon delivery. We will provide an e-mail delivery notification along with tracking number once your order has been shipped to you. Please, make sure you follow up with the status of your parcel
Please, note that even though International Express shipping arrives pretty fast to your country of destination, we cannot take responsibility for any delays to orders due to customs clearance or payment transaction delays.
Also note, that you may have to pay import duties to receive your items.
All of our pieces come in deluxe jewelry boxes. If you would like gift wrapping, please let us know and we will be happy to make one beautiful for you.
**For Domestic & International **
Please Note - If you choose not to sign for your package upon delivery, We, Theodele will not be liable for lost packages that show they've reached their destination or delivered as per tracking info. We will not be responsible for the delay in delivery due to the customer being unavailable to sign upon package arrival or unpredictable weather conditions. If your package is sent back to us for these reasons, you will have to pay for re-shipment of your order.
Refunds and Exchanges
You will need to pay shipping to return the item back to us.
It is highly recommended to insure and add signature option to your package when returning. We must be provided with tracking number. Credit or exchange cannot be issued if package is lost or damaged.
We will accept merchandise only in its original condition, including jewelry box or pouch for a refund/exchange. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged.*
Please note that custom orders are neither refundable nor exchangeable. Any modifications made upon request renders the item as a custom order and same terms will apply.
Refunds are made on the satisfactory return of the item within 3 days of receipt. Shipping and/or insurance will be deducted from your refund amount.
If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for which you will be refunded and then you can place a new order.

**For INTERNATIONAL only*** Outside the US, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable by us. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
To avoid loss is transit while returning please insure the product and ship it back to us. Contact us before returning and we’ll immediately advise to you return procedure and return address.
