I ordered 3 flower girl dresses. They took almost 6 weeks to arrive (alot longer than expected). I also asked to see a photo of the flowers being used on the sashes first before getting shipped. (This didnt happen) and the flowers are more brown than expected. Overall they are beautiful dresses.

it took over 2 months to receive the dress that was for my daughters 1st birthday, the dress was in a color that was not labeled on the website and i had made my own assumption of what that color will be. the customer service was so beyond disappointing, i had to go buy a new dress for my daughter 1st bday 2 day before her party. i have sent the dress back and the shop still has not refunded me.

As we discussed you ordered a custom color dress. You never once contacted us with questions about color or requested fabric samples, as you stated you “assumed” on a color and picked it and the dress was customized to the colors you requested. Upon receiving the dress you said the colors are simply not working with your daughter’s birthday party décor and demanded a refund. As we discussed we can’t accept a return on custom orders as states in our polices. We tried to offer solutions for you to help get the color were you needed but you didn’t accept them and told us that you didn’t care what our polices are and that you are returning it anyway. If you did send the dress back please check your tracking number and contact us because we don’t have it.

Welcome to The Princess and the Boutique.

I have always dreamed of starting a dress business and sharing my designs with others. I was blessed with a beautiful little girl and she is my inspiration for this Boutique. All of my items are handmade by me and are made with the best material.

I first started making tutu dresses for family and friends but when I seen how excited the little girls where when they tried on their tutu dresses, I realized I wanted to bring those smiles to every little girl. My shabby chic style was a huge hit and it took off from there.

Payment
I accept payment by credit card, PayPal and Money order. Payment must be received within 24 hours of purchase. If paying by money order I will not ship/start making product until money order is received
Shipping
We ship via USPS in the US depending on the size of your purchase. Delivery Confirmation can be provided for shipments within the United States.

HOW DO YOU SHIP THE DRESSES?
Your dress (or dresses) may be packaged up fairly tightly in a garment bag and put into a garment box, so when you get them, they may be flat and have some wrinkles (since the larger ones are folded), this is normal. Just hang them up, run your fingers through the tulle to get the wrinkles out, and mist with a spray bottle of water or hang them up in a bathroom with a hot shower running to steam them out. The tulle will return to it's normal, fluffy state.


INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE READ

*Please be aware your country may charge additional customs duty and/or import taxes. Any customs fees or taxes your country may charge are not included in the shipping cost and are your responsibility.

All international orders are shipping First class through USPS and all international orders will include insurance.

Please make sure your address is correct when you place your order, if your package gets returned to me because it was not being able to be delivered due to wrong address or delivery attempts being made by the post office without success I will be happy to send your order but you will have to pay for shipping cost.
Refunds and Exchanges
I understand that ordering online is difficult especially for a wedding. If you receive your dress and it will not work out for your event I will accept a refund ONLY if the dress that you purchased is not custom and has not been worn. This means that if you ordered a dress and picked "same as pictured" in my listings without changing the color/style I will accept a refund but if you ordered one of my dresses and changed the color of the tulle/flowers to match your wedding/event then I can’t accept a refund since I will not be able to resell your dress. I must be notified no later than 7 days after you receive your order that you need a refund.


If you are needing to return your order please contact me first so I know your return is coming and to also ensure there is nothing I can do to help you with your order to prevent the return. It is the customers responsibility to pay for shipping to send the dress back. Once I receive your return I will issue you a refund for your dress order but the shipping will not be refunded. Your order needs to be returned in the same condition as you received it, still in the garment bag and can not be worn or altered in any way.

If you receive your dress and it does not match what was on your order invoice (meaning I made it incorrectly) I will either fix the problem by fixing your dress or if you decide you don't want the dress you can send it back ( I will pay for shipping) and once I receive it you will get issued a full refund including shipping.

VERY IMPORTANT-- Please do not leave any questions for me in the "note to seller" box at checkout after you purchase. I do not see this section until I start making your dress so please contact me directly with any questions.


HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE FOR ORDERS IN THE USA?
I ship all packages through FedEx. Shipping takes around 2-5 days to arrive. I ship all packages from High Ridge, MO.


HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Shipping for international orders take 2-3 weeks for shipping. I ship all international packages first class mail through USPS and all international packages include insurance.


MY WEDDING/EVENT IS MONTHS AWAY, WHEN SHOULD I PUT MY ORDER IN TO RECEIVE MY DRESS IN TIME.
If you can please order no later than 3 full months before the wedding/event. This gives me the listed production time to make your order and the best fit possible.



CAN YOU SHIP MY PACKAGE THROUGH ANOTHER CARRIER?
Yes! If you prefer shipping through another carrier please contact me and I will get it set up for you. Please note that shipping through another carrier can cost more for shipping. This usually is not the case but some locations are more expensive so if you request another shipping carrier than FedEx, increase in shipping may apply.

I SEEN THIS EXACT DRESS BEING SOLD ON ANOTHER WEBSITE AND/OR SELLING IN CHINA, IS THIS YOUR DRESSES?
No! if you see any of my dresses being made by some other company/person, they are note associated with me. I can not be held responsible for these dresses if they are purchased from another company. I do not wholesale or drop ship.

DO YOU OFFER A FASTER FORM OF SHIPPING THAN PRIORITY?
Yes! I can ship your dress using a faster form of shipping. Please contact me and I will get some prices for you for Express shipping.


HOW ARE THE DRESSES SHIPPED?
I ship all orders in a garment box. Each dress is wrapped in a garment bag to protect the dress during shipment. All orders will include a tutu care instruction sheet on how to care for your new dress.

I HAVE A FEDEX OR UPS ACCOUNT CAN I USE IT TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Yes! If you have a FedEx or UPS account and want me to use your account to ship your order, please send me a message so I can get your account information.


WHY IS THERE A PRODUCTION TIME WAIT?
My dresses are not mass produced and are 100% handmade by me. Making of these dresses take time to ensure quality is met.


DO YOU ACCEPT RUSH ORDERS?.
Yes! I allow myself three rush orders per month. If you need a rush order please message me to see if I have any spots open. The fee for the rush fee is 35.00 per dress.


CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Working in weddings I understand that things can come up where you no longer need your order. If you are needing to cancel your order please contact me.

CAN I SEND YOU MATERIAL TO BEST MATCH MY WEDDING COLORS?
Yes, feel free to send me any samples you have and I will match your sample to my color options the best I can. I also have a listing in my shop where you can purchase tulle samples as well. Here is the link.

IMPORTANT! If you are unsure of what color to get please purchase the tulle samples. All colors can look different on every computer monitor so it is best to purchase the samples so there are no surprises when you receive your order.



CAN YOU ENSURE YOUR COLORS WILL MATCH MY WEDDING COLORS?
No we can’t guarantee that the colors I offer will match your wedding colors exactly but I will work with you to help you pick the best colors possible.



I HAVE MULTIPLE PEOPLE WHO NEED TO ORDER FOR THE SAME WEDDING, WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO DO THAT?
I like to make up one custom order listing for everything you need for the wedding. This way all dresses are in one order and the correct dress style/colors are purchased, this will also ensure everything ships out the same time. Ordering this way also ensures that all dress material comes from the same dye lot as dye lots can change.


HOW TO MEASURE?
Chest - With arms relaxed at your sides, measure around your chest under the arms at the armpits, over the highest part of your chest and shoulder blades, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. Measure with a soft tape measure

LENGTH - Measure from her under her arm to the desired length. Example of length options are from; under her arm to the knee or from under her arm to her ankle.



ARE YOUR DRESSES LINED?
My tutu dresses are not lined. Tutu dresses are made with strips of tulle and not one solid piece, all tutu dresses need to be worn with a slip or a pair of footless leggings. I now offer a light weight slip to be sewn into your dress. The slip is sewn into the dress and covers the entire top and bottom for 100% coverage. If you would like to add a slip to your dress order please add this link to your cart along with your dress. If you have already purchased a dress and would like a slip you can purchase this link as well, your slip will be added to your already purchased order.
