5 out of 5 starsAs someone who always has on entirely too many necklaces, though sentimental, and after a few weeks of perpetual wear my thoughts are simple in summation.: It works, period!

Frequently asked questions
Can I make changes to my order?
Absolutely! As long as I haven't shipped your jewelry, I can make any changes you need. Just use the Etsy convo system to message me with your request.
Do you include invoices in your shipments?
I do not include invoices in my shipments since so many orders are gifts and it's difficult for me to always determine which orders are gifts being sent to your recipients. You can access your invoice at any time in Etsy by selecting 'You', 'Purchases & Reviews'.
What is the difference between gold-filled and gold plated?
Gold-Filled
Gold filled is an actual layer of gold-pressure bonded to another metal. Gold filled is not to be confused with gold plating as filled literally has 100% more gold than gold plating. Gold filled is one of the only metals that is truly tarnish resistant. It does not flake off, rub off or turn colors.
Gold and Silver Plating
Gold plated consists of very thin gold layered on top of a base metal. These platings can naturally darken or tarnish over time.
What is the difference between sterling silver, sterling silver filled, and silver plated?
Sterling Silver vs. Sterling Silver Filled
Sterling Silver Filled consists of a thick sterling silver layer bonded to a copper-alloy or brass-alloy center. It not the same thing as silver-plated, which is a very thin layer of silver laid on top of a base metal core.
Both metals will slightly darken over time and are cared for in the same manner. Any one wearing sterling silver can also wear sterling silver filled.
Silver Plating
Silver plated consists of very thin sterling silver on top of a base metal. These platings can naturally darken or tarnish over time.
I ordered the wrong size/length? Can I exchange it?
If you didn’t order the correct size or length, you can send it back and I'll be happy to resize it for you at no charge. Please contact me for instructions on sending your jewelry back for modification.
Returns and Restocking Fees
Due to the customization of my jewelry, returned orders will be subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned. Larger orders over $100 are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Returned orders over $35.00 (that qualified for free shipping) will also incur a $4.95 charge for original shipping charges I paid to ship.
