My name is Sarah; I have a wonderful husband named Nathan and two beautiful daughters.
All the items in this store are handmade with love, by me.
I love to create. Making something for you that you will love, is a gift for me. I take my time with your item to ensure that you are getting an item that I can be proud of and you can fall in love with. I want you to be happy. If you have a special request, please let me know and I will do my best to make your vision happen.
Payment must be made within 5 days. Please contact me if you need more time, and I’ll be glad to work with you. No item will be sent without payment, unless communication has been clear and an arrangement has been made.
If there has been no communication from you/payment, or response to my attempts at communication after 5 days, I will deem this a faulty transaction. I will report this, relist/sell the item and I'll have to leave negative feedback.
Please contact me through Etsy conversations and I will reply as soon as possible.
At this time I am accepting Paypal and credit cards as a method of payment. If this is a huge problem, please email me and maybe we can work something out.
Items will be shipped within 2-5days after payment receipt, unless noted on the listing as some items are custom made- Mon-Sat. I will carefully wrap your items and ship via US Postal Service. Insurance and delivery confirmation available upon request for a small fee. Please request through 'message to seller' when making your purchase.
I do offer a discount on shipping for multiple purchases when possible. Some items are too large to ship together.
I am not responsible for lost items through the post. Thank you kindly xo

Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to LOVE your item, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please email me for an open communication about this. I will refund or replace your item within 7 days of receipt (but not if the US Post has lost it and the buyer elected to not purchase insurance). Item must be in new condition and full purchase price (less shipping) will be refunded or a new item will be shipped.

Please keep in mind that each and every item is handmade with care, but small children should always be supervised when using some of these products. Being handcrafted, each piece is unique in it's style. No two are exactly alike! I will do my best to represent each item the best I can. All items are handmade in a smoke-free home. Please feel free to email me with any questions.
