Making revisions was seamless; she was patient and efficient in handling all my changes. Just a heads-up: Serap sends you the final file for review, so be sure to go over it carefully. You are the one to make the final changes. That said, the whole process was smooth, professional, and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this shop, and I’ll definitely be a returning customer! I purchased the Personalised timeline frame with photos. Final product matched exactly the description.
