So why Thimble Dots?
Quilting is a labor of love that is often passed on from generation to generation. My grandmother would visit each year for a month with her sewing basket. It seemed that she would lose her scissors and thimble every visit and I was the one who usually found them. When she passed, I inherited them and so we thought it was the perfect name for our Mother-daughter shop!

Hi! I’m a mom to 4 awesome adult kids and grandma to 6 going on 7 grandkids! I began sewing when I was 9 on my mom’s Pfaff sewing machine (one of the first machines produced after WWII). My new favorite is machine embroidery on my Bernina!
