Product came out exactly as expected. The only bummer was that it took about a month to arrive. Other than that it was perfect, my husband loves it.

I purchased these mugs for my parents. We lost my sister a couple of years ago. They were special to my folks and they couldn’t believe how clear my sisters handwriting looked. Maria does beautiful work and is easy to work with. Thank you!

Got this for my mom and she we both absolutely love it 😊 such an amazing gift! And it turned out amazing! And she worked with me and would keep showing me what she was doing and we’d make changes together! I just appreciate everything 💜

What I received was not what was pictured in the listing. The hooks stand out and are bold in the listing and the cup I received you can’t see them at all because the cup is the same color as the hooks. The seller wanted me to pay for return shipping even though the item I received was due to her error. I will never shop with this seller again. I shouldn’t have to pay for her mistake. She said she was willing to replace but I shouldn’t be out extra money due to her mistake.

Cristy, The policy states that the buyer pays return shipping. The listing states that each item is handmade to order and may vary slightly. I stated I would replace the item as you requested and make the changes that you requested. I apologized that you were unhappy with the item and agreed to ship it you within a week and a half at your request. I offered to start the cup today and would ship the new item once the item you have in your possession is shipped back to me. I am sorry you are dissatisfied with this option. The offer still stands for me to replace it for you but the original item you received will need to be returned. Maria
