Returns and exchanges
There is absolutely no refunds, returns, or exchanges on seaglass, seashells, and other items in my shop. Because of the nature of the type of item(s)--Thank-you for your understanding on this matter.
Payment
Paypal or direct check-out through Etsy is preferred payment methods. Additional Payment Information:
For large payments and for safety and security of expensive one-of-a-kind specimens. Funds in U.S. currency can be paid with a certified bank cashiers check; and for smaller amount U.S. postal money orders. Other payments should be made via Paypal.

Personal checks...please allow 7-10 days clearance time (U.S. banks only drawn on U.S. funds)

Registered airmail, is the safest means. At times hand-delivery may be suggested, especially for Museum type items. Extra payment to cover travel costs or registered mail fees may apply. Serious inquire if you prefer hand delivery to you museum or institution (U.S. Museums or Institutions only).
Shipping
Once your confirmed payment is received, your package(s) will be mailed off. We usually ship 2 or 3 times per week except holidays and sundays. We usually use USPS mail services unless other arrangements for shipping is made with us. We charge actual shipping and a modest fee for packing and handling.

For foreign orders--please check with your fish and wildlife and customs department to make sure there are no fees or duties involved with shipment to your country. Fees or costs are the responsibility of the customer. Also the customer is responsible for fees or duties incurred from the shipper side by U.S. fish & wildlife service or U.S. customs. Questions on this matter, please convo me anytime.

All photographs are copyrighted by me and I reserve the rights to use photos of specimens or items sold. The item will your property accept the photograph reproduction rights...if this is a problem let me now before you purchase an item.
