Order Cancellation Policy
In rare cases, due to unforeseen circumstances or inventory discrepancies, we reserve the right to cancel an order. If this occurs, the customer will receive a full refund. Refunds are processed within 3–10 business days, depending on the payment method used.

Returns from EU countries
You may return your order within 30 calendar days of receiving it.
We’ll issue a refund within 10 working days after we receive the returned item(s), using the same payment method as the original transaction.
Please note:
Return shipping costs are paid by the Buyer.
Items must be returned in original condition: unused, undamaged, with all original labels attached, and safely packaged.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted or refunded.
Items can be returned to our warehouse at Savanorių pr. 191B, Vilnius, Lithuania, LT02300, or via any delivery service of your choice.

Returns from non-EU countries
You may return your order within 30 calendar days of receiving it.
Important conditions:
The return shipment must be initiated within the 30-day period.
Proof of dispatch may be requested.
Return shipping costs are the Buyer’s responsibility. We do not provide prepaid return labels for international returns.
The parcel must be clearly marked as "Returned Goods" on the customs declaration to avoid import charges.
Any customs duties or fees applied upon return will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned items.
We are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in international transit — we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service.
