4 out of 5 starsItem is great, works for cleaning sticky items off perfectly. Was given the wrong tracking number, then eventually the correct one- plus several others- which resulted in like 20 emails. Shop needs to make sure things are in order more closely.

1 out of 5 starsIs a hassle to return an overall product is not worth it, seems cool until you get it a you’ll be dissatisfied as I was very disappointed in the product. I believe it’s a good start to a object that may have potential but right now it’s worth no more then $10 and is a prototype in my opinion.

classic case of blame the creator and not the user. You could not even figure out how to get to etsy return/support, i had to google it for you and send you the link. Please educate yourself on the product before purchasing! this tool does not roll the donut for you, it is a prep tool.

they are made to order and you ordered during the busiest time of the entire year. when you order, it says 1-2 weeks to ship and then 2-5 days to deliver.
