5 out of 5 starsThe lighters were a big hit with my son and his friends. The material is good quality, the engraving is perfect, and they were delivered well in advance of the estimate. I highly recommend. The lighters come empty (as stated in the description) and are easy to fill. You can find easy to follow YouTube videos.

HOW TO PERSONALIZE ORDER
1. Select your style, quantity, and add your item to your cart.
2. In the "NOTES" Section at checkout, type the name(s) of what you would like engraved. Include any additional text if it applies.
For multiple names, put ONE NAME per line.
3. Complete the CHECKOUT process. Don't forget to include your personalization in the "NOTES", otherwise it will delay your order and possibly miss your event!
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIME
We aim to produce, decorate, and package all orders within 2 business days. We ship via USPS First Class for almost all orders, or FedEx Ground, whichever is cheaper for our customers. If you have a deadline, mention it in the "NOTES" upon checkout and we'll do everything we can to meet it. Contact us if your event date is within 5 business days.
WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
It typically takes us 2 days to produce your order, and another 3-4 days for transit time. It can range from 4-8 days for you to receive your order, depending on where you're located in US. We pride ourselves on being able to meeting tight deadlines. Just let us know!
DO YOU OFFER QUANTITY DISCOUNTS?
Yes, for orders greater than 30 pieces. Feel free to let us know. We will usually refer you to a bundle listing or can provide you with a discount code that you can apply in checkout.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Yes we ship internationally. Just plug in your address upon checkout to see the shipping methods available. Please keep in mind international orders can take a few weeks to deliver and are subject to delays due to customs clearance, etc. Let us know and we can offer options for expedited shipping.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Yes on many items we offer free shipping within Domestic United States. When browsing an item, you will see under the "SHIPPING" section if the item qualifies for free shipping.
CAN I SUBMIT A CUSTOM DESIGN?
Yes of course! Artwork submitted should be in vectorized format with all fonts outlined. If not, it must be high resolution black and white artwork sized to the imprint area listed on the item page description.
WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We hope that you will be completely happy with your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged or has a flaw, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to resolve your issue.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for personalized and custom made to order items as they have been customized per your specifications.
We try to put our best foot forward when creating your orders, but mistakes sometimes do happen. If your order has been decorated incorrectly or there is some other issue, don't hesitate to reach out and let us know. We'll make it right!!
