Payment

I accept paypal and money orders. Payment is requested within 5 days of purchase. If there will be a delay in payment, please let me know. If payment or communication has not been received within 5 days, I will have to cancel your order. If you find that you need to cancel an order for some reason, please let me know as soon as possible. Don't hesitate to contact me with any payment problems or questions, I am more than happy to try to work with you.

Shipping

I generally ship via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail, depending upon the size of the piece. I take great care in packaging my orders and great effort in shipping them promptly. However, I cannot control how quickly they are delivered, or how carefully they are handled after I drop them at the post office. I have had very few problems in the past, but occasionally they do arise. I recommended that you carefully consider purchasing shipping insurance to guard against such problems. This is not required, but please be aware that I hold no responsibility for items that have not been insured.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want my customers to be happy with their purchases. Potential problems can often be avoided by carefully reading the listing. I do my best to accurately describe my items so that you will know exactly what you are purchasing. If you have a question, please contact me prior to making your purchase. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase after you receive it, please let me know and I will do my best to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.
