I'm used to people doing custom print mugs really cheaply that they have problems, but with this one, I don't notice any problems. Glazing is perfect with no visible problems, print quality is superb, heat doesn't transfer to handle, microwaving doesn't make the mug go hot, etc. etc. just basically superb hot mug that's also good size for even larger amounts of hot drink. Additionally shipping was surprisingly fast for outside US.
