5 out of 5 starsLove our beautiful hand-crafted salt & pepper grinders. We used them the first night we got them in the mail and they work great, along with being beautiful! Communication was great along the way… well worth the wait. Thanks Aaron!

5 out of 5 starsAaron did an amazing job making our salt and pepper grinders and tray. They are beautiful works of art! There was a delay in getting them but Aaron kept in contact and always answered me quickly. We are very happy and would highly recommend Aaron.

5 out of 5 starsGorgeous but too big for my small hands. Aaron was amazingly gracious about the return. I have carpel tunnel & I couldn’t close my palm around the grinder. The handle is also very small to crank. I use a lot of pepper in my cooking. If you don’t use heavy spices in your cooking or you have healthy hands it will work good for you. My circumstances are different than most. The craftsmanship is absolutely gorgeous. I recommend the natura wood color if you plan to wash the grinder. The dark stain is non toxic so it will fade when cleaning. I like the amount of peppercorns it holds. Thank you for the exceptional customer service!

Thank you so much for your kind words, Olivia. It was my pleasure to create this beautiful grinder for you. If you ever find that you would like a different style, perhaps one that is more comfortable for someone who suffers w/ carpal tunnel please let me know, I would love to work with you! Future Customers Who See This Review: I strongly advise against washing your grinder(s) because it has an all-natural, utilitarian mineral oil and Carnauba/beeswax finish. Water will damage the grinder body. Wiping down with a barely damp rag or paper towel and then IMMEDIATELY reoiling with the recommended product in the description (Food Safe Mineral Oil by Thirteen Chefs) after the wood body is completely dry. DO NOT oil if water is on/still on the body. Do not use detergents or soaps on the wooden body.

Custom and personalized orders
I do take custom orders and anything that you see in my shop can be personalized or modified for you. I always enjoy working on your personal projects and helping you get what you want. The personal service to you and the challenging work customization provides is exceedingly satisfying. If there is something that you do not see in my shop but would like to have made, always feel free to contact me and ask. I will work with you to develop sketches and a digital 3D model for you to look over so that you can provide your input, which I value greatly. This helps you get the satisfaction you are looking for when you work with Thomas Fine Woodworks and are seeking out an artisan to create what you have in mind.
Sizing details
In all of my listings you will see the dimensions printed at the bottom of the item's description. If you see something you like in my shop but would like it in a different dimension, whether larger or smaller, that can be done. I can turn a column, lamp or pedestal up to 19 inches in diameter and to infinite length/height, 42 inches long/tall as a single piece and infinite height/length by turning in multiple sections.
