Aaron is a disabled Marine Corps combat veteran turned professional woodturner and woodworker who has an incredible eye for detail and beauty. His years of experience in woodworking, woodturning and lamp making yield the extraordinary, high quality lamps we have come to expect from Thomas Fine Woodworks. All pieces are made by hand by Aaron from the highest quality woods. The woods utilized by Thomas Fine Woodworks is locally sourced and ethically harvested in a sustainable manner. Because of Aaron's profound love for his medium it is exceedingly important to him that these resources exist for future generations and employs a concept of seven generation stewardship. That being said Aaron does work with exotic hardwoods from around the world that have been ethically harvested by reputable companies.

With his strong attention to detail, eye for beauty and creation, Aaron has built Thomas Fine Woodworks on a philosophy that his clients are more than customers but an extension of his family. He believes that it is the great honor for any artisan when a patron purchases a piece from him because they do not merely acquire a material object but a piece of him as well, a piece which Aaron hopes will be enjoyed for decades and even generations.
