    Thought Blossoms creates very delicate women's jewelry from sterling, gold fill and rose gold components. Each of our items is stamped with a very tiny 1/16" font in either upper or lowercase. All bracelets in the "casual line" are finished with a lobster clasp unless otherwise noted, active bracelets are finished a stainless steel locking magnetic clasp.

    Shipping times in the US are vary from 3-7 days, Internationals orders 1-4 weeks. Please see our policies for more specific information about domestic and international shipping. **UK buyers please read shipping information in policies before purchasing.

    Creating Personalized Jewelry that Inspires

    I started Thought Blossoms in 2011, but there was a long path before this. I always knew that I was creative, but did not have the confidence to pursue a career in a related field. After taking up teaching elementary school for a number of years, my creative side still felt unfulfilled. I knew that although teaching was a very rewarding and challenging career I was meant for something else. I had purchased some stamped jewelry reading “believe” and “gratitude” as inspiration to find my creative path and wore it every day. After recieving a stamping kit for Christmas 2010 I began to experiment with the craft. The meticulous nature of stamping along with the fascinating idea of wearing your inspiration led me to set a goal of launching my Etsy store by July 2011. Starting with a few simple bracelets and necklaces and a handful of inspirational words, Thought Blossoms was born. Three years later I was able to support myself with this budding business and become a full time jewelry maker. Thought Blossoms is a reminder that words can inspire us to accomplish amazing things in our lives, blossoming into beautiful realities.

    To keep up with demand, Thought Blossoms has grown into a small team of creative, design minded individuals. We work together to create the best, most beautiful hand made items that we can come up with. Our inspiration comes from art, design, and our clients! Our joy is creating and innovating products that inspire others. Our team consists of; Heather the founder/lead designer of Thought Blossoms, Meredith lead production/bench jeweler, and Meagan bench jeweler. We are a positive, hard-working team that collaborates and innovates to bring you beautiful products!

    Production time is currently 5-7 business days for all items. This is the time it will take to make your item BEFORE IT SHIPS. This time may be adjusted if are outstanding questions about your order. If there are questions regarding your order you will be contacted via Etsy convos.

    **If you have a deadline in mind please contact me before you make your purchase to ensure you will get your item in time.


    Thought Blossoms uses Etsy to print all shipping labels so please ensure your address in Etsy is correct. All packages are sent First Class mail with delivery confirmation in the continental US. **Please note that international shipping does not offer delivery confirmation nor tracking numbers, delivery time can vary from 1-4 weeks. Buyers are responsibe for all import duties and taxes, these are not included in the shipping cost.

    Returns and exchange details
    A personally customized product was created especially for you, so we cannot take returns on these items. If an error was make on our part we will provide return shipping to all domestic orders so that we may correct this error. International orders will be refunded their shipping cost to return merchandise to us.

    If your item breaks or malfunctions within 90 days of purchase we are happy to make a repair for you free of charge. Please contact us at heather [!at] thoughtblossoms.com for information regarding.

    As all items are hand stamped and assembled and slight variations are to be expected.
    Payment
    Payment by credit card, debit card or Paypal is accepted. You do not have to have a Paypal account to checkout via Paypal.

    E-checks take at least a week to clear through Paypal so please allow for at least this much time before your item ships.
    Shipping
    We offer FREE SHIPPING on all US orders!

    Shipping is via USPS first class mail which usually takes between 3-7 days in the continental US. Each item is shipped in small gift box. All items are sent with delivery confirmation, you will receive an email from Etsy with your tracking number.

    DOMESTIC EXPEDITED SHIPPING
    Priority mail shipping is offered for $8.25 for one item and $1.00 for each additional item. Priority mail has a delivery time of 2-3 business days, this does not include production time for your custom item.

    Express mail shipping is offered for $28.00 for one item, $1 for each additional item. Express mail has a delivery time between 1-2 days, this does not include production time for your custom item. Items will be shipped in Express envelope as it is the most economical option, therefor gift box will not be included.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
    First Class International shipping is offered world-wide but does not offer delivery confirmation nor a tracking number for all countries. International shipping is estimated to be anywhere from 1-4 weeks for delivery. Please be sure to allow for both production time and shipping time if you have a deadline in mind.
    EXPEDITED INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
    Expedited international shipping is offered per request, prices vary depending on location. Average delivery time for International Priority mail is 6-10 business days, this does not include production time.

    **INTERNATIONAL BUYERS Please note**
    Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
    **UK BUYERS**
    UK buyers are responsible VAT and handling fees for items shipped from outside of the EU (UK charges an estimated 20% VAT on imports over £15 and £8 handling fee). Thought Blossoms will not refund or exchange items that that have been refused for non-payment of import taxes. Please be aware that your item may be held at your local post office until these payments are made. You can pay online and schedule your items delivery day to ensure you receive your item.     Additional policies and FAQs
    PRODUCT INFORMATION

    Listing pictures are representations of the item you will be receiving. Each piece of jewelry is hand cut and stamped so slight variations are to be expected. Stamping is all done letter by letter so spacing and alignment may be slightly different than that in the picture. This not only adds to the charm of the piece but makes it uniquely one of a kind.

    Thought Blossoms line of jewelry is very delicate. Please review the stated measurements in each of our listings to better understand the very tiny nature of some of our pieces. All items are stamped with a very small 1/16" upper or lower case stamp set. The casual line bracelets are not intended for sport or active wear, and must be cared for accordingly.

    Our bracelet cording is dyed leather. Because the leather is dyed and not coated some of the natural color may be seen in the cording. This also means that each batch of leather that we receive may vary slightly in color. Please be sure to read through our care instructions so that you understand how to prolong the life of your jewelry.

    SIZING
    In order to determine your bracelet size, measure your wrist with a measuring tape or ribbon and select the closest measurement on the drop down menu.     RESIZING
    If you did not order the correct size of bracelet you can return it to us for resizing. There is no cost for this service for leather and active bracelets. Chain bracelets do require a fee. If you need your bracelet resized, please email heather [!at] thoughtblossoms.com so that we may send you the documentation required to complete this process

    CARE FOR YOUR JEWELRY
    Silver will tarnish over time due to many environmental factors. In order to maintain its bright, beautiful shine you can use polishing pads or other jewelry polishing cloths. Use these as needed rather than cleaning dips, polishes or liquids as these will remove the darkening agent.

    LEATHER CORDING is a natural material and as such, will degrade over time if not taken care of properly. In order to prolong the life of your bracelet do not shower, swim or exercise with it on.

    ACTIVE LINE
    Active bracelets are made with aluminum and stainless steel which are both resistant to rust. They can be worn in water and during physical activity, but are not resistant to extreme cirucumstances (crashes, weights being dropped on them, being pulled with extreme force). They will be a great training buddy as long as they aren't abused :)

    **Thought Blossoms is not responsible for lost or damaged items due to normal wear and tear of item.

    COMMUNICATION
    If there are any questions about formatting, cording color, or length I will contact you via Etsy convos. If no response is made by buyer after three attempts or 30 days, your order will be canceled, refund issued.
