Shipping
I ship first class whenever possible to save money. I also ship priority mail. International first class mail is the most economical, and is limited to no more than 4 pounds. (First class up to 2 pounds) If you wish to purchase multiple items, please let me get an accurate combined weight to let you know in advance what shipping will be (but I will reimburse overages).
Refunds and Exchanges
It you don't like it - send it back within 7 days** for a full refund! Return shiipping responsibility of buyer (as is original shipping fee).. Read my feedback and buy with confidence! **Custom orders may not be returned - they are approved prior to construction. I will always send a mock-up for approval prior to beginning your custom order. **Fabric must be in original condition - not washed or cut. PLEASE NOTE: If the item you are returning had free shipping, my shipping charges to you will be deducted from your return.
