I am very disappointed with the item. It was not as pictured. The item I received was on a cheap wooden board with a dark, ugly stain and is much smaller than the pictured item. The pictured item had a wooden board with a honey colored stain and beautiful wood markings. I bought the item to brighten up my toddler's playroom, but this item does anything but brighten up a space. Before writing a negative review, I first contacted the seller and asked for a refund. She refused a refund, but stated I could ship it back to her and get store credit. She said if I wanted the item to look exactly like her picture it would be $120 + shipping. What?!?! I paid $77 and expected to get the pictured item. I should have searched more because I have already found similar items for less cost.

I gave my specifications to Crystal and she exceeded my expectations:) My niece loves it. Thank you so much!
