Thread West accepts PayPal. Credit cards are accepted through PayPal, even if you don't have a PayPal account. Convenient!
Thread West requires payment at time of purchase. If payment has not been made within 24 hours of purchase, and I have not been contacted by you, I reserve the right to cancel the order and re-list the item.
Michigan residents will be charged 6% sales tax.

United States Domestic Shipping:
Shipping is via USPS, either Priority with Tracking Number or First Class with Delivery Confirmation, depending upon item (See more info, below).
I apologize for any inconvenience, but I'm currently not shipping internationally. I hope to do so in the future. Thank you.
For protection and presentation, every Thread West handbag is wrapped in tissue and placed in a clear plastic bag before being packaged for the trail. My handbags are structured, and include a hard plastic insert. Therefore, they are not folded to fit into smaller boxes.
Tote bags that do not have a hard plastic insert are rolled to fit into smaller boxes in order to save you shipping costs.
My smaller Two-Step Wristlet--unfolded--fits nicely into a large bubble mailer (saves you shipping costs). Sent USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation.
Thread West Card Corrals and cosmetics cases are wrapped in tissue and packaged in bubble mailer for shipping (USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation).
I recycle boxes if they are clean and in good shape (from shipments of books, etc.--not from foodstuffs).
I happily combine items for shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
I spend many hours creating high-quality items, and it's very important to me that my customers are satisfied. Please ask questions before ordering if you are unsure about anything regarding one of my products.
If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me within three days of receipt and we'll work together to determine a fair solution.
If a refund is agreed upon, item must be returned in its original, unused condition, with hang tags intact, and in the same box+packing materials it was shipped in. Your purchase price, less a 10% restocking fee, will be refunded. Shipping costs are not refunded, and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, unless I have shipped the wrong product in error. (This hasn't happened before, but I am human....) I do not refund because of buyer's remorse.
Due to the nature of evening bags, wedding/bridesmaid items, and custom orders, no refunds will be given unless grossly misrepresented.
Colors may vary, depending upon computer monitor. If you need more information after reading a product's description, don't hesitate to ask and I'll provide more details.
If you need to know whether one of my products is an exact match to something, let me know and we'll figure it out! I'm happy to provide swatches of specific fabrics. Simply send me a message with your mailing address and which fabric you're interested in.
