5 out of 5 starsI love this so much! I bought this to use with my cane as a cane strap. I did have an issue with the first one I received but I do believe it’s my fault because I did not take into account the strength of the clasp holding the weight of my cane when I need both hands for a task so the first clasp broke. I contacted the seller and they had excellent customer service and offered to send a replacement with a stronger clasp asap. I’ve been using it for several days now and it’s still holding strong! I was concerned about it fitting over my hand because I have large hands, but it fits over my hand and is comfortable on my wrist. I absolutely recommend this seller! Quality and beautiful items and quick to respond to an issue. Definitely buy from them! If you need customization contact before you purchase and the seller will help you
