Thank you for choosing Thready Bears for your baby wearing needs! Every item ordered is handmade just for you and your order will be sent to you as soon as possible. Please expect approximately 1-2 weeks for delivery.

ThreadyBears' Shop Policies


It is very important that you measure your dog accurately for the best fit possible. Measure the circumference of your dog's neck and add two fingers under the tape measure to allow for a comfortable fit. If your dog's neck measures near a maximum range of a given collar size, we recommend that you choose the next largest collar size.


Cancellations and order changes submitted within 24 hours of original order submission will be accepted at no additional charge. Submit a written request to Callie.Wags.Shop [!at]

All cancellations or order changes submitted after 24 hours of original order submission will incur a 25% service fee based on the item(s) retail cost.

We currently only accept payment through PayPal.


USPS priority Mail shipping is the method of shipping we use. We are unable to accept international orders at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Refunds and Exchanges

Return Policy:
Shipments are carefully inspected before leaving Callie Wags, however if you are dissatisfied with a purchase, it can be returned for MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE ONLY within 14 day of receipt via mail. We do not accept returns COD. Shipping fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the sender. All sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be exchanged.

The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Please make sure you include the original packing slip and include the reason for
exchange. Also include the style and size of the item you wish to exchange it with. Obtain a delivery confirmation and insure the package for
tracking purposes either via UPS, Federal Express, or USPS and send to:

Damaged Items:
If your item is damaged or defective, please email us at Callie.Wags.Shop [!at] for a return authorization number. Callie Wags is not responsible for any damaged or defective merchandise sent back without prior approval.

Callie Wags does everything to ensure the quality and safety of our products. However, the buyer assumes all risks and liabilities that are associated with any collar. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine whether Callie Wags collars are safe and suitable for their dog’s needs.
