About

3 Eggs Design

3 Eggs Design is a boutique stationery brand created by designer Kim Pham as a way to explore her creativity beyond the realm of corporate advertising. Her designs are a collaborative pin board that takes inspiration from her travels, experiences, and love for nature.

The collections centre on natural themes and classic Scandinavian patterns with vintage detailing and typography elements. Keeping nature in high regard in more ways than one, 3 Eggs Design collaborates with carbon neutral companies and maintains a green approach across the manufacturing process. Each design is crafted with a premeditated artistic touch and customised after a consultation between the designer and client.

With such a personal approach, 3 Eggs Design will always ensure that your invitations and paper goods will be memorable and will suit your event perfectly, regardless of your budget and preferred style.

Frequently asked questions

What paper should I use for my DIY project?

: : : PRINTABLES : : :
For best results, print your files on a heavy card stock at 111 - 129 lb. (300 - 350gsm). I recommend card stock that is at least 92lb. (250gsm).

Paper Types
MATTE PAPER: An uncoated, non-glossy paper that absorbs ink very well and dries quickly. Colour is not as vibrant and is fingerprint resistant.

GLOSS PAPER: A coated, shiny paper gives colours more vibrancy when printed. Glaring and fingerprints may be a problem.

SEMI-GLOSS PAPER: Very similar to gloss paper, prints vibrant colours but with less glare.

NATURAL (eco-friendly): The paper is certified by ECF (Elemental Chlorine-Free) and FSC (Forest Stewardship Council). Its smooth natural texture takes ink very well.

What envelope size should I buy for my DIY project?

: : : PRINTABLES : : :
For my US and Canada customers:
For the 5 x 7" cards, I recommend the A-7 envelope (5 1/4 x 7 1/4") for a perfect fit or alternately, the A-8 envelope (5 1/2 x 8 1/8") which is a little bit bigger. For my 3.5 x 5" cards, I recommend the A1 envelope (3 5/8 x 5 1/8") or alternately, the A2 envelope (4 3/8 x 5 3/4").

For my Australia, NZ, Asia and EU customers:
If you are unable to get hold of the envelope sizes above, the alternatives are: For the 5 x 7" (127 x 178mm) cards, you can purchase the C5 envelope which is (162 x 229 mm) and for the 5 x 3.5" cards, the C6 envelope (114 x 162mm) would be ideal.
