Announcement   Welcome to Three Graces Design! We custom design and handcraft invitations and coordinating pieces for clients that want something uniquely their own. We pride ourselves on our artistic abilities, attention to detail, and adherence to budgets and timelines. Our designs range from simple use of graphics to more elaborately embellished pieces.

Our coordinating stationery options include: save-the-date cards, ceremony programs, place cards/escort cards, reception menus, table numbers and thank-you cards.

We love collaborating with our clients, translating their vision into a beautiful invitation. Although we began our business locally in the Chicago area, we now enjoy working with clients throughout the United States.

Three Graces Design is owned by partners Heidi Ruehle-May and Leslie Lopez. We live for our work. We absolutely love what we do. We are completely invested in our invitations from initial design to order completion. We love getting to know our clients personally and creating invitations that truly set the tone for their events. We look forward to getting to know you!

Payment
Three Graces Design accepts PayPal for all transactions. (If you do not have a PayPal account, no worries. You can pay with your credit card without signing up for a PayPal account.)

For custom wedding invitations, we require a $50 non-refundable design fee to begin work. First we will provide you with an electronic version of the invitation mock-up. Once the layout and materials are finalized, we will send a final sample via regular post. Non-wedding invitation orders require a $25 design fee.

Once the sample is approved in writing (e-mail, Etsy convo), a non-refundable 50% deposit will be requested at the time of your order. Order production will not begin until the deposit is received. The initial design fee will be deducted from your final payment; the completed order will not ship until final payment is received.
Shipping
Your order will ship via USPS Priority Mail. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping. If you would like insurance on your package, we can provide it for an additional cost.

Shipping fees are not included in the original invitation quote. We will notify you of the standard USPS shipping fees upon final order placement.
Refunds and Exchanges
Everything we produce is custom and handmade, so there are no returns or exchanges. If an order is canceled prior to production, we will refund your order minus the 50% deposit and design fee. If an order is canceled after it has shipped, unfortunately we cannot provide any refund.
Additional policies and FAQs
Once the final sample is approved, any changes or reprints will be the customer's responsibility. We will provide all customers with a production schedule including final dates for changes.

Upon receipt of the deposit, the custom order takes 2-4 weeks to process. If there is a time constraint, we will do our best to work with you.
