1 out of 5 starsIt wasn't a banner at all. They sent me a download to print out ugly gray letters myself. What do I do with them? Make my own banner! FALSE ADVERTISING. Not silver or glitter as described. And they charged me $12.00 for some alphabet letters I could get anywhere. OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The vast majority of our customers are extremely satisfied with their DIY digital download banners, and have found a very realistic illusion of glitter when printed in color; however, if there is an issue, we work quickly to help in whatever way we can, as we would have done for you.
