The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Returns will be on a case by case basis. Please message if you have a problem with an order or if fabric is damaged. Please note that color may vary from computer to computer and is not considered a defect.
Payment is expected at time of purchase via Paypal or Etsy Gift cards.

A PayPal account is not required. You may pay with your check, debit, or credit card through PayPal. We cover all fees by PayPal. If you choose to pay by check via PayPal your shipment may be delayed up to 5 days while the payment clears.

North Carolina residents are subject to a 6.75% sales tax.

If you accidentally place an order for a quantity different than what you wanted, message us immediately so that we may correct the problem.
Our goal is to ship your product same day or within one business day via USPS first class or priority mail. Smaller packages (less than one pound) will ship via First Class mail and larger packages either Standard or Priority Mail.

To keep shipping costs down, layer cakes may be folded, smaller fat quarters bundles untied and fanned, or jelly rolls unrolled so they fit into the Flat Rate Envelope. If you prefer it another way, send us a message and we will let you know how much additional postage it will cost. Of course the original tags and ties will be included in your package. Quilt kits that are packaged by the manufacturer in cardboard boxes will be repackaged to keep shipping costs down. If you want the original box, send us a convo and we will let you know the additional shipping fees.

Please note that we are not responsible once the US Post Office receives your shipment from us. However, we do our best to track your order while it's on it's way.


We will do our very best to give you accurate shipping charges. Shipments will go out via First Class Package International Service. Should you need your package faster or if you would like to purchase insurance, please send us a conversation prior to purchasing and we will make a custom order for you reflecting the additional shipping charges.

If tracking numbers are available, we will provide the number for you. You will be responsible for any import duty your country may charge. Please do not ask us to to alter the value of your shipment or to mark it as a gift on the custom form. To do so would be illegal and against Etsy policies.

"Preorders" are often offered based on items we have ordered from our suppliers such as Moda Fabrics or Riley Blake Fabrics. We offer these orders based on acknowledgements that we obtain from these suppliers. We have run across times when our suppliers "oversell" the items (kind of like airlines overselling seats) based on past cancellations from their customers. If we do not get a shipment that we have "presold" items for, we will offer you an alternate or refund your money. We will communicate with you through messages to try and figure out a solution together. We definitely do not want to disappoint you as you have in good faith ordered the product and we have in good faith offered the product based on acknowledgements from our suppliers. We will make a minimum of three attempts to contact you to work out a solution.
