As a general rule, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do accept full or partial returns and exchanges on a case by case basis. It is important to view ALL information and ALL photos before making your purchase with us. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving an item if you’d like to discuss a refund or exchange.

If your item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within one week of delivery or expected delivery day. All items that are damaged in transit will either be fully refunded or refunded in the amount of repairs needed or replaced when applicable. All damaged items that are refunded in full must be returned within 7 business days of the date of agreement. We may require you to send photos of damage if applicable. If an item is lost in transit a full refund will be issued. However, if an item has been marked “delivered” by the post office, no refund will be issued. We are not responsible for items stolen from your door/porch/mailbox. Insurance may be purchased for an additional fee - please contact for details.

At this time we do not offer any re-sizing services for rings. Most vintage Native American rings can be resized up to and down safely a size and a half for reference. We do offer resizing on the lengths of some necklaces. Please contact us for details.

We do offer layaway on items or purchases over $250 USD. For items or purchases totaling over $400, I offer up to 90 days with a non-refundable 25% deposit. On items or purchases $250-$400, I offer up to 60 days with a non-refundable 15% deposit. I do all my layaway invoicing through PayPal. Once I set up the invoice you can go in and pay whenever you like in whatever amounts suit you. The item or items ship as soon as you’re paid up. At the end of the pay period, if you aren’t paid in full, I’ll remind you and you can pay in full or I’ll refund what you’ve paid minus the deposit.
