ThunderJayStudio's Shop Policies

Howdy! Welcome to ThunderJay Studio, artistic home of me, Amanda Mae. I hope you enjoy my shop and my creations. I do my best to make every piece the most fantastic quality I can muster, with depth and a connection to all that I've learned in my time on earth thus far. If even one person connects with what I do, I'll be the happiest camper in the tent, and every for person that makes a purchase... well, I'll be dancing around the bonfire with glee that I've made a dollar at something I LOVE doing.

Paypal only at this point. I plan on branching out in the future, but for now, I'm keeping it simple.

I ship Priority through the USPS (2 to 3 business days). I will most likely ship your purchase on a Wednesday, though this may not always be the case. If you want anything other than Priority for your purchase, let me know and I'll see what can be done.

Why USPS? Well, my mother is a mail carrier and I plan on doing all I can to help her keep her job. Also, the other carriers use the USPS for legs of their shipping anyway, why not cut out the middle man?

International Shipping:
Not currently available, though I hope to offer it in the future.

Refunds and Exchanges

No Refunds. Simple as that.
That said, If your purchase has a fixable defect that is mostly my fault (popped seam, etc.) I will repair it for free, though you are responsible for paying the cost of shipping to and from.
Also, if you feel I've misrepresented a piece, you can send it back to me (again, you are responsible for cost of shipping) in the condition I shipped it in for a store credit. Please ship the piece back in the manner in which it was shipped to you (packed the way I packed it), so I know that any damage incurred on it's journey was not your fault. I cannot give a credit for a piece I don't receive, so if you want to take the extra precaution of adding delivery confirmation or insurance to your package, do so at your discretion.

I want you to be pleased as punch with your purchase, so message me if something has gone awry and I will do all in my power to get it fixed up for you!

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom Orders:
I will do them! I do love a challenge, though some things may be dependent on limited supply supplies. Convo me with what you have in mind, and I will work something out with you on a piece-by-piece basis. :D

Wholesale & Consignment:
If you are interested in carrying some of my work in your boutique/shop/shoppe/gallery I would be more than happy to talk to you about my pricing and such. Send inquiries to my e-mail ThunderJayStudio[at]Gmail[dot]com (We must stump the spam robots! Replace [at] with @ and [dot] with a period!), or through a conversation. Thanks!

I take pride in what I do. If you make a purchase and are not fully satisfied with what you got, let me know and I will try my hardest to make it right!
