It is thrilling to be a part of your celebration and we take it very seriously. All of our items our hand made and we pay close attention to details. If you are ever not satisfied with a purchase let us know immediately and we will make it right. We want everyone to be TICKLED GLITZY with their experience here. All communications must be made through the etsy convo system, not outside email.

Returns and exchange details
Due to the nature of the business we do not offer refunds. If there is anything you are unhappy with on our end, we vow to fix it, so please let us know right away! Great care is put into each listing so you know exactly what you are purchasing and we want you to LOVE your experience with our shop. Please buy with confidence!

We can only guarantee when we will ship our items, we cannot guarantee a delivery date unless customer pays for overnight shipping. We use the USPS for shipping unless customer has requested and paid for USPS Express, UPS or Fed Ex. We cannot refund items that are not delivered by your event date as we have zero control over the post office deliveries. PLEASE order in advance. Rush orders are risky without upgrading your shipping! We will provide you with your tracking number and advise you to contact your local post office in the event of a lost or delayed package. Of course, if there is anything we can assist with in this incidence we will.

We cannot be responsible for damage that occurs in shipping. Again, we take great care in our packaging. If your package is damaged a claim needs to be filed with the carrier. We will remake items if time allows but claims must be filed.

All cancellation requests must be made within 1hr of placing order.

Customer is responsible for providing the correct address for shipping. We are not responsible for remaking and reshipping items if customer provides the incorrect address. Please make sure your etsy profile is correct before placing your order.

Payment
Payment is due before the production and shipping of your item. All items are made to order unless stated otherwise. Items will not ship before your payment clears.
Shipping
We ship all items First Class WITH TRACKING through the United States Postal Service. Tracking numbers are provided for every order. Once the items are shipped they are out of our hands. We will do everything possible to work with you if an order is delayed due to shipping so you have your items for your event but we do not and cannot guarantee delivery times. If you are in a rush, please convo me with shipping upgrade options. You can upgrade to priority shipping or overnight shipping for an additional cost. All items are carefully packaged in bubble padded envelopes OR boxes for certain items. If you need overnight rushed shipping please ask and we can provide you with a quote for that as well through USPS, UPS and Fed Ex . Any concerns about deadlines should be addressed before the order is placed. We do not make any money on shipping. The shipping cost you pay is the shipping cost. for your item.
