Returns and exchange details
Please contact me to let me know to look for your return and ship unused items in a padded envelope or box with the original packaging slip or a note with your order number.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. It's best to ship insured with tracking to guarantee delivery. (USPS Flat rate Priority is an economical option for this)
International customers, please allow up to 4 weeks for some packages to clear customs and arrive at your door. Be advised that each country is different and customs charges may apply. I will provide a customs number which is not always track-able if you'd like delivery confirmation or insurance please contact me for rates.
