Announcement   Welcome! Please visit www.TiffanyUssery.com for available work. Browsing my Etsy you will find paintings heavily inspired by the fashion industry, my love for dogs & animals, icons & legends, and floral inspirations. Some with the use of mixed media: rhinestones, studs, glitter, gold foil, fabric, and anything else that inspires me. I currently do not sell any prints. Brush strokes are like fingerprints. I paint each piece, making every painting unique.

My hope is that you find a piece from my gallery that speaks to you, that invites emotion when you see it hanging in your space. Art is so personal. It doesn't have to be profound to make a statement, but there is something to be said for purchasing a hand-painted piece that an artist poured over. Art isn't always perfect or neatly colored within the lines, sometimes it's messy and often yields unexpected results. It's the process that I love.

Thank you for visiting,
Tiffany

There are only five paintings from Crown Jewels Series, all of which are originals and will never be replicated! They're INCREDIBLE under lighting #sparkle
An awesome photographer friend of mine dropped by to photograph some of my work. She threw me into a few... This is one of the least awkward shots of me, ha! As for the painting, one of my favorites from the Crown Jewel Series and an exclusive original!

About

WHO IS TIFFANY USSERY?

Tiffany is a freelance creative and lifestyle artist. She was born and raised in Hawaii, where she grew up surrounded by the beauty and vibrant colors of Honolulu, that peaked her artistic curiosity at an early age. Her ohana (family) had always encouraged her artistic endeavors, so she grew up nurturing that creative energy. She later moved to the DC metropolitan area, where she now resides with her two dogs, Kekoa & Maile, and two turtles, Vera & Wang.

After college, she co-owned an upscale urban sneaker and clothing boutique. Later, working as a designer specialist in women's designer shoes within a major department store. However, with a passion (and somewhat side hobby) for interior decorating, she wanted to transform blank walls into something more. She began working with her clients to create custom artwork that fit their decor needs. And she has not put down her paintbrushes yet. Tiffany's artwork is inspired by pop-culture, fashion, her love for animals, and anything she finds intriguing. She loves making bold statements by often using mixed-media and unexpected materials in her artwork.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
It's incredibly important to me that my clients are happy with their artwork.

If you need to return your artwork, please contact me within 3 days of receipt so I can arrange an exchange or refund for you minus the cost of shipping & packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the artwork.

All returns must be shipped back with a trackable shipping service and shipping insurance for the full value of the artwork.

In order to receive a full refund the artwork must be in undamaged condition and packaged carefully. If returned artwork is received in a condition other than new, the refund amount will be adjusted to reflect the condition by a minimum of 20% of the cost of each item.

CAN I RETURN A CUSTOM PIECE OF ART?
Please note, for all custom orders (made to order artwork) that only 50% of the painting cost may be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after I receive and process your return. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You may also choose to exchange your painting or receive store credit. No cash refunds.

WHAT IF MY REFUND IS LATE / MISSING?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING?
Damage during shipment would be an extraordinary circumstance and though rare, anything is of course possible. If your artwork is damaged in transit, please keep the packaging and its contents and contact me immediately.

When you receive your artwork, if the packaging looks crushed/damaged the best thing to do is to take photos of the packaging before you open it. Then carefully open and unwrap the artwork enclosed. If the artwork is damaged, please take multiple clear photos of the damage. This will be a huge help with filing a claim against the delivery company.

Please save the damaged box/packaging material. The delivery company will need to see the box and damaged painting to launch their investigation.

WHAT DOES "MADE TO ORDER" MEAN?
Made to order paintings will be recreated from the original sold painting. Each painting will be as close as possible to the original, yet unique as each brush stroke is impossible to repeat. Full payment is required upfront.

HOW LONG DOES A "MADE TO ORDER" PAINTING TAKE?
On average, orders will take approximately 1-4 weeks to paint and dry from the agreed upon start date. Lead times vary and is determined by two factors: 1) The painting (level of detail, size, and required dry time and 2) My current schedule/orders.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE AN EXISTING PAINTING?
Yes! I love custom orders! Often, my collectors will love a very specific painting, but want a different size canvas or different colors, rhinestones, glitter, rivets, etc. If you find a painting in my shop that you love but want to customize it, please contact me to discuss the details and pricing before purchasing. I will need to gather all the details and confirm that I can create the piece you are envisioning.

Lead times will vary depending on my current schedule, which we will discuss. Once all the details are agreed upon, I will send you a private invoice. Full payment is required upfront. Photos of the finished artwork will be sent before shipment.

Yes! Please contact me if there is something specific you would like painted or you have a concept in mind. I will work with you to design a painting that meets your vision. Please note, that I do not always take on all request. I am always upfront and will communicate to you, if I feel that I cannot paint your request.
