I am a homeschooling, stay-at-home-mother and wife. I have 2 boys and 1 girl. I love to craft and learn new things!

In late 2010, I was looking for something nice for my daughter to wear for her 1st birthday photo's. Everything I saw just didn't fit the family budget. I try to stay as frugal as I can and felt I could make her something for much less than what I was seeing. I took a chance, bought some material from the local fabric store, and started making her outfit. It wasn't perfect, but my daughter sure seemed to like it!

In the summer of 2011, I took another chance and opened up a shop through Facebook, named for my daughter, whose nick-name is Tillie-Rue. I have had wonderful amounts of support from friends and family. They are the reason I started selling on Etsy. It has been a fantastic learning experience!

I love what I do! I have spent the last couple of years improving how I create things to provide the best quality items I can. I have spent countless hours searching for the best suppliers, with high quality products, for much less than what I could find locally. I wanted to be able to pass on my savings and so far, I have been able to do so.

I have made it my number one priority to provide excellent customer service, ship-items on time, and reply to messages in a timely manner.

Being part of a military family, I understand living on a tight budget. I don't believe anyone should have to sacrifice well-made, top quality, boutique items. It's my goal to provide excellence at a reasonable price. I offer many discounts, including free shipping on military and patriotic themed items.

WELCOME!!!
I am a scrapbooking, arts and crafting, tutu making, crocheting, US Army wife and the mother of two boys and one girl. After having my daughter I took an interest in making and creating things for her. I didn't truly invest in these princess worthy items until shortly before my own little princess, Tillie-Rue, turned one. Since then I have made items for others and have greatly enjoyed doing so.

I love making custom, one of a kind items and LOVE input from buyers or potential buyers.

Feel free to contact me anytime with any question, no matter how silly you may think it is...I take all messages seriously and will do my best to answer your questions.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
-Invoices are to be paid within 2 days of all orders. All unpaid orders will be cancelled

-We now accept Credit Cards, Etsy Gift Cards, and as always PayPal is a wonderful option. USD only!

-Paid orders should be cancelled within 24 hours. If you do not cancel, you can be charged a cancellation fee of 10% of your order total.

Where is my order coming from?:
Everything will be shipped from North Carolina
Digital items will be sent through Etsy

How fast will my items be shipped?:
Once an order is placed it can take anywhere from 3-14 business days for an order to be created and shipped.
Ready to ship items are shipped in less than 4 business days.
Digital items may vary depending on customization

What if I need my order sooner?:
I offer shipping upgrades to those who contact me BEFORE making a purchase. This way I can give you the best possible pricing.
Digital items that do not require customization will be sent same day.

What if I placed my order before I realized I needed it sooner?:
Don't worry! Contact me as soon as you know you need it sooner and I will work with you.

Do you offer Delivery Confirmation? Is it optional?: Every item shipped has delivery confirmation. No it is NOT optional. I always use delivery confirmation as a way to protect both the buyer and the seller (myself).

What if my package hasn't arrived? Delivery confirmation allows both the buyer and seller (myself) to track the package. In some cases, inclement weather can hold up mail delivery times. If you haven't received your package within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date, please let me know. In some cases a partial refund may be given.

What if something is wrong with my order?:
In the case that something with your order goes wrong, contact me immediately, so the mix-up can be fixed.

DO NOT WAIT! If you have your item for more than 5 days and have not contacted me, I will assume everything is okay.

What if my package or items arrive damaged?:
Even though the best attempts are made to package items so that they do not arrive damaged, it can still happen.

If something arrives damaged, I will require a picture of the packaging, as well as the product.

If you notice that your package is damaged upon arrival DO NOT OPEN! Take a photo of the package FIRST, then open it to inspect the item. This will require YOU to contact your postal service.

If the packaging is NOT damaged, but the product is, contact me right away so we can solve the problem as soon as possible.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do not offer refunds.

I do not offer store credit for custom items.

I do not offer refunds or store credit on digital items.

However, for any Ready to Ship items, you may return the product for store credit, within 3 days of the date that your item was received (I use the delivery confirmation date as my timeline). They must be UNUSED AND UNDAMAGED!!!
***Buyer MUST pay all shipping costs (*Unless there is an error on behalf of Tillie-Rue).

While I do not offer refunds, I am certain that we can find the right product for you.

Should an item need repair, please contact me immediately for a solution.

Should an item be cleaned, or repaired differently than suggested, I am not responsible for possible damages. Should any of this be unclear, do not hesitate to ask for clarification.

Tillie-Rue holds the right to change prices at any time. Tillie-Rue proudly makes CUSTOM items, therefore no two are ever exactly alike. Tillie-Rue is a home based hobby, and therefore has the right to refuse sales to whomever for whatever reason. Tillie-Rue is not responsible for packages lost in the mail. If you wish to purchase insurance on an item, contact me before placing an order.
