Payment is accepted by Paypal, by credit and debit cards by Direct Checkout and by Etsy gift cards.
Your purchases will be posted as soon as possible after purchase, usually the next working day.
Standard UK postage is by 2nd class post (please convo me prior to purchase if you'd prefer 1st class and I will amend the listing for you).
Overseas postage is by Royal Mail air mail and subject to a weight limit of 2 kilos.
Although I always post promptly, delivery is not always so prompt, particularly for overseas items which can sometimes be delayed along the route and/or delayed in customs. Please therefore allow a reasonable time for delivery. (In some exceptional cases, I have unfortunately known delivery to take 4 weeks or more).
Overseas buyers, please note that any customs duty and charges payable on receipt are your responsibility and not included in the purchase price. If unsure, please check these charges with your tax office.
I truthfully declare the contents of the package on the customs documentation.
Please contact me if you wish to have your purchases sent by tracked or insured post. This will incur an additional charge.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me and return the item within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned undamaged and unused and I strongly recommend that you use obtain proof of posting or use registered post as I cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit back to us. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Upon safe receipt you will receive a refund of the item cost.
