Announcement   ****On Vacation June 30 - July 5th*** ( camping with no internet access)
Current production period is estimated at 3 weeks then 2-3 days for shipping. Please understand if it runs a 2-3 days over the shipping date on your receipt, I am rushing as fast as I can and will get it out as soon as possible. Larger orders and larger signs will take longer.

HOURS: Monday - Thursday 7am - 4pm Central Time
Friday 7am-3pm Central Time
CLOSED WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS/VACATIONS

Weekends are for family time so please do not panic if I am not answering an inquiry. We will be in touch first thing Monday morning or when I get back in the shop I do take time off as well and I'm a 1 woman shop. I lost my husband last spring and I do take days where I need to for my kids.

When ordering in Mother's day, Father's day Christmas Season- THIS TIME OF YEAR IS VERY BUSY!! Orders are filled in the order they are placed, sorry no rush.

Please plan ahead for Christmas we will stop taking Christmas orders end of November to ensure all orders are received for your Christmas morning.

PLEASE let me know in ADVANCE (before you purchase) if you need an item/order by a specific date. Again, if you need something by a specific date please convo me BEFORE you purchase, so there are not issues after you purchase if the delivery/need by date is not possible.

**Large orders (including 3+ items and wholesale orders) do take a little longer to fill, convo me with questions**

If a color scheme isn't chosen and info left in message to seller section at checkout a color scheme close the one pictured on your order/receipt will be made.

On occasion I make an error {I am human, haha}, please let me know as soon as you get your order so it can be fixed!

If you are ordering from an APO I CANNOT GUARANTEE any delivery dates!!!!

Item did not ship on time. Also I had messaged regarding color combos and was told it would go well, I felt the colors were too dark and it was hard to read the writing.

How do I customize my order

AT CHECK OUT IN THE NOTES TO SELLER BOX

PLEASE INCLUDE ALL INFO
For a name sign-
1. The names and date exactly the way you want it listed- (I copy paste, Don't type in all caps please)
2. Background color -(chart in picture )
3. Text Color-(chart in picture )
4. Font-(chart in picture)
5. Aged and weathered or crisp and clean finish

For other custom items please note the informaiton the same at check out per the directions in the listing information.

My Item was damaged durring shipping

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item, we will need pictures of the package it self all sides, the damaged product and a picture of the product back in the shipping material showing how it was packaged to file a claim with the postal service. Please do not throw anything away the postal service may want to inspect.

Approved returns (custom signs can not be returned)

If there is a issue with your item and I have approved a return you must pay for the return shipping and it must be received back at the shop with in 7 days of the approval. If received at the shop later then the 7 days the return will not be excepted. Refund will be less the shipping of the original package.

Wholesale availability

Yes we offer wholesales pricing minimum order is $1,000 before discounts offered.

Can I get a proof

Yes we can send you 1 free Proof - Proofs will be sent by request only. If no proof is requested on the order, we will complete the item with your information in the style shown in the listing. If you receive your order and are unhappy with a font or layout and you did not request a proof, we will not replace your order free of charge. We do offer a 50% discount on redo orders. By placing an order, you agree to these policies

Production Time Frame

Our lead times can vary depending on the item(s) you wish to order. You can find our lead time posted in each listing and our welcome announcement.

Your receipt should provide your estimated ship date. If you are unsure on when your order would ship, please message me for more info. Our lead time does not include holidays, weekends, or shipping time. If purchasing for your wedding, I recommend ordering early. If you feel your order may be cutting it close, please email me before purchasing. The ship date on your receipt will only be an estimate & can fluctuate by a few days. I always want to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner!

Address change

If you missed the address change no worries we can still change it. I will have to cancel the order and then you will have to re order with the correct address for the correct postage. This must be completed with in the first 24hrs of the original order so its not miss or mixed up. Please message me and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Thanks
