Announcement   Welcome to Time Slips Away! FREE SHIPPING to the continental US via USPS.

Lots of new and exciting items coming soon! Cowls that turn into hoods, lots of cozy shawls, shrugs, more stempunk/gothic fingerless gloves, scarves - you name it, I've been making it. Now it's time for the photos! Coming SOON!

I love recycling/upcycling/using vintage items that may have started out with one purpose and can be used for something totally different.

NEW Section Added - ON SALE NOW! Check this section for items that have been reduced from their original prices!! Great buys in this section to make way for new pieces.

When I was a little girl, my best friend, Diana's father worked as a salesperson for a fabric company. When fabrics were discontinued, he brought home the samples and gave them to us to play with. My favorites were the velvet samples. They could be used in Diana's doll house for wallcoverings, carpet, chair cushions and all kinds of fun things. My grandmother's button box became a treasure hunt for buttons and beads to decorate the cushions. It's obvious I never grew up because I'm still doing the same thing with buttons and beads and fabrics and yarns and, well the list goes on and on. . . .

Thanks so much for visiting my shop!!!!

These fingerless gloves are absolutely gorgeous! Even prettier in real life than in the pictures! The craftsmanship is flawless. And I was very impressed with how quickly I received my purchase. I'll shop here again!

This necklace is breathtaking! Bunches of one-of-a-kind antique buttons and beads. And zillions of tiny crystal beads everywhere. I can't imagine the hours of intricate work it took to create this beautiful piece of art! Your packaging was perfect. It arrived in great shape! Thank you for designing my gorgeous new necklace. I love it!

This cowl is even more luxurious in real life than in the picture. It is so soft and snuggly! The color is beautiful and the crocheting is exquiste. I love it!

Payment
I charge tax on all items sold in the US. I take PayPal. See the Refunds section for information about returns.
Shipping
I will ship small items via Priority Mail (USPS) free to the continental US with delivery confirmation included. Insurance can be purchased separately, but is not included in price. You may upgrade to overnight shipping if you desire and I'll be happy to quote you that price once I have your address.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase. I try my best to show as many of the details of my pieces in my photos as I can and to describe them in as much detail as possible. Please feel free to convo me with any questions you may have before you purchase any of my pieces. If you receive an item and it is not as I described, you may return it for a refund, but you will pay for the return shipping. I photograph each piece before it is shipped and cannot be responsible for items damaged in shipping. I will wrap jewelry items in bubble wrap and tissue before shipping. Soft items, such as cowls and other yarn items are wrapped in tissue only and then placed in a zip lock bag or other plastic bag so that any liquid will not reach it to stain it. I recommend buying insurance for shipping (not included in price).
Additional policies and FAQs
I'm always happy to do custom orders. Please convo me about what you would like and we can discuss colours, sizes, pricing, etc.
